Resort fee a bit high
Resort too expensive for what is offered.
The room was dirty, there were bugs in the bed, stains on the sheets, wallpaper was peeling, pool was dirty and disgusting, hotel was hot, the breakfast was disgusting. Cold egg-o waffles and no selection. This place is a joke. The staff couldn't be more clueless either.
Classy decor, very nice sized hotel rooms. Older crowd friendly. Beautiful pool. Just o.k. dining area and food , free continental breakfast. Floor show in the lobby in the evening was great. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Carpeting in public areas needed to be redone. Christmas decorations should be replaced. Noise level in first room was unacceptable, but hotel staff changed rooms for us. Anytime you book on a Kayak, Hotwire or other discount site, you are given the worst room in the hotels. You have to be proactive to get a better room.
Room on first floor right next to lobby and the music was so loud I could hear it over my TV which I attempted to turn all the way up until 9:30. The walls were thin and I could hear a neighbor coughing all night and every person leaving the lobby talking as the walked to their room. Would not recommend for a bussiness stay but maybe for a vacation where you didn't have to be up at a certain time.
As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and taken care of. We were given an early check in and late check out no problem. The hotel is the right size to give it a homey feel and the layout also gives it a lot of charm. The room had a little balcony and patio door which I love (I hate hotels where the windows don't open). My only complaint was that the coffee maker in the room didn't work but it was easy to just go downstairs and get coffee from the full spread complimentary breakfast. I will stay here again!
Late night check in extremely easy, Eli was very pleasant and helpful! Rooms very clean, big. They offered us a quiet room which was great because we were there for desert international triathlon
No charge for late check out
The location is right in the middle of town and the surrounding properties are well kept.
The rooms are very run down. The room a strong smell of urine and the AC (wall unit) was loud. The carpeting had several stains that looked like they had been there for a long time. I requested a King room on the upper floor...I did not get either. For the price there are better options!!
Good breakfast. Convenient location. Loved the photos through out the halls an lobby. Rooms were clean.
Beds were a bit hard. Linens and sheets a bit thread bare
Clean room, very friendly staff, and easy check in/out process.
The continental breakfast could have been better. The worst thing though is security. Someone broke into my car at the Hotel!!!! When checking with the manager, he noted the area that I parked my car at had no cameras in that section. I thought my car was safe as I parked near the entrance to the Hotel. I can't believe this place wasn't safe....now I am finishing up the process for car repairs and providing information to law enforcement...
Dirty carpet, bath tub & shower curtain. Someone's hair all over. They only gave us a small shampoo for two of us, and when we asked for another, over $3 was charged. I won't consider my future stay there ever again.
I like the room rate, the pool and general location
Did not like limited options for free breakfast, the strange smell in room or the very thin walls
had to walk up the stairs and down to get to my room and car pain in the butt, the breakfast had to be the worst iv had.
Weather was amazing! Hotel was great!
That I had to leave to go back to work the next day
