The breakfast offers a stunning sea view and multiple varieties that would suit someone who's not used to Turkish cuisine. The staff, particularly Hilal, goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The location is the best possible, just some meters from Taksim Square, but although based in Istanbul's most central area, the hotel is very quiet. All the staff were splendid, especially Hilal, the young and gorgeous lady that welcomed us and helped us with all the details both the days we stayed.

The hotel and the room are very clean, with a great location close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff, especially Hilal, Ferit, and Soleyman, were so friendly. On the first day, they surprised us with a lovely welcome gift.

The hotel offers a beautiful sea view, an excellent spa with massage, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. The staff, especially Hilal, Eren, and Tayfun, were excellent and very customer-friendly.

The staff was amazing, from the reception to the breakfast room. Hilal, Eren, and Ferit were very customer-friendly and helpful. I had my birthday on the last day of my stay, and Hilal brought a birthday cake to my room: what a nice surprise and great attention.
