Wonderful hotel with great staff; but their check in process could be better. Booked my travel through Amex and its partner Expedia. Due to a glitch on the hotels side they had only two people instead of 4 and were about to charge me €100 additionally for kids. When I insisted that there were 4 people on reservation; they checked and found it later. Nobody likes such surprises @ check
