Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. Some guests highlighted friendly and helpful staff, as well as good value for the price. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being unavailable or misleadingly advertised, inconsistent service quality, cleanliness issues in some rooms, and a mixed experience with breakfast. Overall, while location and some aspects of service were appreciated, improvements are needed in amenities and room quality.AI-Generated from customer reviews
