the pressure applied at the izmir budget counter when you rent through a third party is not good at all. I regretted my decision of renting through kayak on budget and would just walk at the counter next time to see if others have better service. I tought coming through kayak would make it easier. It did NOT.

Worst experience with add car they don’t have a counter at the airport they work through another company called dokay. I ordered a Kia or similar size suv and was given a small fiat car stick shift, when we noticed they tried to blame us for booking a manual when it stated no where on the booking that it was a manual. After going back and forth on us not taking it because we don’t drive manual they called add car and gave us again a small car that was automatic after we paid for an suv and made us pay more money for the automatic car. At that point we were exhausted from traveling with our child and waiting so long we paid the extra money to hopefully start a relaxing vacation. I would never recommend add car to anyone!!
Wow! I’ve never had such a wonderful car rental experience. Great communication via WhatsApp, even when my flight was delayed 15 hours, they met me at arrivals with my beautiful Audi A3 ready to go and after a bit of paperwork I was able to leave right from curbside. Return was equally easy, They met me at departures and took the car from there. Truly awesome service.

We had to wait for over 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. The “shuttle” was a small car worth 3 employees, so it was a sardine can. They wrote down our credit card number for the deposit, which violates the VISA security norms and exposed us to the possibility of fraud. I asked them to shred that page and they wouldn’t. They just shouldn’t be in business.
