Service and accommodations Also house doctor, very professional and effective, cured my diarrhea.
The breakfast buffet was okay. The restaurant Peshawri was excellent.
It was just a terrible experience. Even though we booked the highest category of rooms, we had no view and the room was crammed and badly designed. We had to ask multiple times for service and the staff would still not come through with it. The central system that ran everything in the room would malfunction every night and it took the staff over half hour to help us just turn down the lights every night. Despite repeated requests, it took them two days to change the central system. We asked for our awards number to be put into our booking and it didnt happen. getting the half hour free access to wifi took over half an hour. The overall experience was really bad.
Staff was very attentive and helpful
Rooms are well maintained with good service
I didn't like the room they were normal as per the price nothing extra ordinary so DNt go with much expectations It was my 1st anniversary so felt very normal The breakfast was nice though
The ’Pink City’ of Jaipur, as the capital of the desert state of Rajasthan is commonly known, symbolises the royalty of the Rajputana Empire, and the hotel takes the guest on a royal journey. The pink city of Jaipur is symbolised by the royalty of the Rajputana Empire and their ruling in India. Ensuring to take its guests through the royal journey of the Rajput’s both through service and stay, ITC Rajputana celebrates the spirit of Rajput palaces in the modern idiom. The location that was once the estate of Prime Minister of Jaipur was later built into this magnificent hotel where the guests are welcomed in a royal atmosphere through the lobby leading into two sets of staircases with a Jharoka enhancing the outside view. The running water streams, the waterfall in the lobby, the ‘Wall of Mirrors’ and the ‘Bazar’ selling the goods prepared by local craftsmen have all been inspired by the forts and palaces of the region. ITC Rajputana, thus, reflects everything that is splendid about Rajasthan.
