Pros: The staff was very friendly and able to help us with providing a bath mat for in the tub. My husband is 75 years old and is afraid of falling in the tub without a bath mat. We were asked several ...
Cons: There were no eggs or sausage or bacon. The only fruit was apples.
Pros: The mattress was perfect...firm with the right amount of softness. Best sleep I've had EVER!!!

Cons: Requested a smoking room. Was a little on the run down side. Room had bugs in it. Desk clerk was very apologetic and moved me to a non smoking rooms upstairs which was terrific and had all new fresh furnishings.

Cons: It smelled like mold. There were mold spores in the paint. The door hardly shut as well. The staff was unaccommodating especially after discussing the reasons why I wanted a refund.
