Pros:위치가 제주시에 있어 서귀포의 관광지와 멀다는 단점이 있었지만, 협재 해수욕장까지 셔틀이 운영되고 있었고, 야외에 찬물 수영장과 따뜻한 자쿠지가 같이 운영되어 밤에 수영하기 참 좋았습니다. 아이를 맡아 봐주는 아이 놀이방이 있어, 6세 남아가 하루 종일놀면서 엄마 아빠와 떨어져 주어 편하게 쉴수 있었어요. 스텝이 어린데도 아주 열심히 돌봐주고 놀아주어서 대만족 했습니다. 한식당이 생각보다 아주 훌륭했습니다. 저희가 머물땐 40% 할인행사기간이라 가격대비 너무나 만족스럽게 식사를 했는데요, 할인 없이는 식사대가 높은편이라 부담스럽긴 하지만, 음식과 분위기가 아주 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 가격대비 아주 훌륭한 호텔이라 생각됩니다.
