The location was perfect for me and the room was very comfortable. The duty manager resolved a bit of a problem that I had with one aspect of the room and he was very helpful indeed as were most of the staff I encountered. I enjoyed the view of the harbour, watching the ships and small boats coming and going.
One staff member on reception nearly made my stay get off to a bad start, but the rest of the staff helped with the situation. On the balcony they have lighting box that rotates through a sequence of colours and is very distracting and annoying. You can not sit outside and enjoy the night view or read because of this, when in the room you have to close the curtains but it does not completely stop the lights and plus the fact I do not like to have the blinds closed when there is no need to. I asked the hotel staff if anything could be done and the duty manager came to see me and he was kind enough to switch off the lights for the next two nights of my stay.

Clean room, nice comfortable bed. About 10-15 mins walk to the shopping street, black pork street for nice restaurants, Macdonalds, a big supermarket and Antoinette cafe. Also walkable to the underground market and night market. There is also a Twosome cafe just below the hotel. Parking is easy and free. Did not try the pool but looks nice facing the sea.

Overall a good place for a short stay in Jeju city.
Don't take harbour view too seriously. Toilet has glass walls so if this is your concern, you might wanna check if they have different room options.

Location. Very peaceful though the view promised through booking.com could be better.
Breakfast-too expensive. The coffee shop next door more reasonable.
