Pros: I liked everything about this hotel from the moment i booked it & from the moment i got there.
Parking lot was great, reception was even better, the room was excellent & amazing. Beautiful bathroom with a tub & shower & very spacious! The bed was amazing very comfortable & clean. The tv & channels were great! The desk & couch was useful for my stay as well. Overall this hotel is great! I would stay & will stay here again for the affordable price i paid for. Very awesome i lovedd it & so did my girlfriend, she was amazed of this place, she loved the bath robe! People, book your stay here if youre in sunnyvale,ca!
Cons: I didn't like the fact that i did not stay there long enough! This hotel & the city its located is so comforting & nice.
Best stay ever.
Pros: The stay overall was great. Clean, big room, & bathroom. They even provided some good channels on direct tv to watch while staying which is a bonus.
Cons: While checking in, receptionist was not friendly and did not go into detail of why I was getting charged 200 deposit.
Pros: Very quiet, nice breakfast, large room.
Cons: Our room was just steps from the lobby despite apparent low occupancy for the holiday weekend. The room was missing a few amenities - hair dryer, hand towels, tv list, any kind of directory about the hotel.
Pros: Breakfast had a nice variety with a waffle maker and omelet bar. Happy hour is a great break and a nice touch. The front desk staff were nice and the room was well made. WiFi was reliable and quick. Parking was included.
Pros: Nice hotel and I very clean room, will be coming back for more stays.
Cons: Front desk took way too long to give me a room 45 minutes.
Cons: Service was terrible. Rachel the hotel manager was a nightmare to work with. Contacted main manager and never received any follow up
Placing you within a 15-minute drive of Computer History Museum and California's Great America, The Grand Hotel offers an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) for USD 20 per person. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. There's also a spa tub, and rooms offer 24-hour room service and minibars.
Pros: I like that it is on a quiet street and that the complex is relatively quiet as well. Even though our unit was next to the pool, it wasn't loud or bothersome.
Pros: ROOM SIZE AND AFFORDABILITY
Cons: THE STAFF WERE QUICK TO CLOSE OUT BREAKFAST A BIT EARLY 20 MIN BEFORE CLOSING
Pros: room was very nice, very clean and roomy, good breakfast, wish I could have stayed longer!
Cons: no elevator to 3rd floor..
Pros: Very clean and quiet. 2 room 2 bath is fantastic
Cons: The location is a vit too far of the beaten path
Pros: Cleanliness and amenities
Pros: It was clean. Breakfast was pleasant. Staff was nice. Quiet, well kept. Over all a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Staff wasnt too informed on the area around the hotel or on transportation to the stadium.
We were there for Taekwondo National Championships and I wanted a place my daughter could really relax and get ready mentally for her competition. I wanted to be able to cook homemade comfort food that would focus her energy and spirit. With the fully stocked kitchen it was easy for me to do that. We had a very relaxing time and my daughter won at Nationals. It was a total WIN WIN WIN situation!!
Pros: I really liked the room itself, it was like home away from home and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional
Cons: It was great, I liked everything!

Cons: Internet stalled occasionally. Freezer portion of refrigerator barely worked and needed defrosting. Highway access mediocre. Only one treadmill. Closed captioning on television did not work.
Pros: Breakfast was a typical buffet for this class of hotel with cold and hot foods that met my needs.
Quick check-in and check-out
Good value for the price
Cons: Booked two rooms online but the rooms were charged different rates. The manager on watch could not correct the charge. The Front Desk immediately corrected the charge the next morning.
Room was dim especially by the desk. The desk lamp was too focused. Needed a broader beamed lamp by the desk.
Did not have an easy chair to watch TV. Watched from the bed.
Pros: Terrific and diverse breakfast compared to other hotels at this level. Very quiet. Upscale deco and room appointments, but functional. Particularly like that the room was reader and personal electronics-centric, with nice built-in AC outlets on both sides of the bed stand in addition to adjustable reading lights on the outside of each bed's headboard, so that the person sleeping on the outside to the center lamp could also have light to read or whatever without having to employ a headlamp.
Very nice upscale shower and bathroom with the minor caveat listed in critiques. Green flush options always nice to see.
Cons: Adjusting the shower head away from yourself while the water heats up was a a little less than optimal and would have been impossible from anyone much shorter than about 5'4" (average height for American women). The valve that switches the water from the main head to the handheld head was way up there out of obvious view.

Pros: clean spacious room. friendly and efficient staff. great location. breakfast and happy hour included. free parking. only complaint is the internet. its too slow. cell phone signal inside the building isnt very good either.
Pros: i liked the independent nature of the inn - you could go directly to your room from the garage, rather than going through the lobby.
great breakfast, happy hour, and snacks at front desk upon arrival. great housekeeping staff and nice touches in the room - i.e., bottle of water and premium chocolates to say hello.
i liked the clearly clean, shrink-wrapped dishes, glasses, cutlery.
centrally located - near a shopping center to get groceries and manicures, etc. i will definitely stay here again.
Situated in Sunnyvale, this hotel is 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from Baylands Park and within 3 mi (5 km) of Elements Massage Sunnyvale and Vallco Shopping Mall. Apple Campus and Central Park are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: The staff are very welcoming and professional. We had a great stay!
Pros: Modern, clean.
Cons: $10 a day parking fee
Pros: Nice, clean comfortable.
Cons: $10 per day parking.
Pros: What we liked the most was how new the hotel was and everything smelled new. Great price for a very nice room.
Cons: We stayed a few nights and the first night we didn't sleep well only because we had foam pillows which was too hard and too high. We spoke with the front desk the next morning and she said we can request feather filled pillows instead and we slept much better the next night. So make sure you ask for feather. Also in the room we were 4 adults and the room only had 3 sets of towels.
Pros: Very courteous and friendly welcome. Ready to assist and excellent services.

Pros: Stayed in three different hotels during this trip. Paid a third the price of the fancy business hotels and had a better experience with friendlier staff and rooms that were on par for a mid-range hotel. Room was clean with a warm décor - felt less like a cookie-cutter hotel room.
Pros: Nice and pleasant staff
Cons: - The place is not quiet, loud noise when the neighbor starts water (which woke me up VERY early)
- Basic breakfast, expected more.
Pros: There are great people working at Wild Palms Hotel!
Pros: Despite being in an outer corner room on a very busy intersection, it was extremely quite in our room. We did hear sirens a few times but nothing too bad. Our room was very clean and comfortable with pleasant decor. The breakfast was plenitful and with a fair amount of options. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again as well as recommend it.
Cons: Only a slight nit pick, but I would suggest maybe updating the down comforter in the room we stayed (3257) or others possibly. Ours definitely had seen better days and was a lot more worn out than what I would expect from a Joie de Vivre hotel. Do something to fill the gap at the bottom of the door to the room, it's too big allowing air come in and a bit of noise from the hallway.
Cons: Chintzy Internet that requires reauthenticating every day.
Location is not convenient to highways.
Pros: Little touches like pool towel service (soft rich absorbent!) and text confirmations.
Cons: Not really a high end or charming boutique hotel, just a well run chain.
Pros: Free wifi, comfy bed, decent shower. Convenient and free parking, close to some great restaurants.
Cons: Crap TV channels, no on site food/beverage services, small room, overpriced, horrible breakfast, construction on my outside wall early morning,
Cons: Much of the property is under construction...plastic and sawdust everywhere, and workers start very early in the morning. If this was disclosed during booking it would have helped set my expectations of the place. The shower handle was broken off and there was hair in the drain. They are clearly focused on the renovation, not their current guests.
Pros: Good breakfast, nice room, good location for us.
Pros: Central location, good parking
Cons: A little noisy (room was near the pool).
Blinds did not close properly and there was landscape lighting outside

Guestroom amenities include high-speed Internet access, stereos with CD players, complimentary weekday newspapers, and in-room safes. Bathrooms feature Aveda toiletries and bathrobes. Adjoining rooms are available.
Accessible rooms are available.
Pros: Location is great, hotel is clean, room had fridge and microwave. Staff was nice. Good value.
Cons: Small pillows but we had brought our own for the car travel, breakfast was ok, had a good variety but a instant bland flavor on potatoes and meat of the day. Waffles rocked. Room needed the tv mounted so that there was some counter space near the fridge and microwave.
Pros: Breakfast. ..nice bed
Cons: Unable to watch playoff baseball in my room...
Pros: The breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay in this hotel. Variety of food was good.
Cons: There was a bad smell in the hallway.
Pros: Breakfast was good and location was great to access Levi's Stadium.
Cons: Our room was very noisy. We could hear every time a toilet flushed next door and lots of noise from the hallway. Tough to get a good night's sleep.

Pros: liked the convenient location and that although it was a hotel room, it had a more comfortable feel. The staff in the Breakfast Café were amazing; very personable and responsive.

Cons: Poor selection of Restaurants in area. Maid service hit and miss.

Pros: An older motel in a mostly residential neighbourhood, well kept, clean, nice owner, great price, perfect for our one night stop over.
Pros: The room is not cramped and was clean. The heater worked properly and it was not difficult to set a comfortable temperature. This appears to be a family-run place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use the kitchenette, and I am not sure the stove (and oven) was hooked up to the gas. The kitchen had a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small table. The Wi-Fi worked very well and was fast enough for my needs. The price was very reasonable for the area.
Cons: Parking is a little different, with no marked spaces. It appears that you can park on the other side of the street (3 hour parking from 8 am to 6 pm) if you cannot park on the property.
The lobby is not constantly staffed, you need to ring a bell and wait to be buzzed in.
I was unable to figure out how to change the channel on the TV. Only one TV channel (channel 3) had a signal, and that only had the History channel. Perhaps another remote was needed to change the channel fed to the TV.
Pros: You can park in front of your room. Wittle motel is located near shopping centers and restaurants. I was able to check out later then the checkout time. The price paid for the room was good compared to similar motels/hotels in the area. The room comes with two free water bottles. They clean the room and do your bed everyday.
Cons: Check in time was at 3pm, I arrived at 3:30pm to check in but i couldn't because my room wasnt ready yet so I didn't get my room until after 4pm. Many things inside the room are old and need to be replaced; the furniture is faded and had stains inside the drawers, the towels had rips in them & were worn out, the king size bed was squeaky. The housekeeping lady was using a shopping cart for her cleaning supplies, she deserves an actual charlie cart. Although they clean the room and do your bed everyday, there is no safe box for you to keep your money and/or valuables in, so you have to be cautious of what you leave inside your room while your not there. The lady that oversees this motel isn't fond of having kids and children stay here because she feels they will abuse the rooms.
Pros: I liked the retro feel, but basically clean and not old.
Pros: Overall it's ok for a quick stay! And the only thing I enjoy there is because the room have a coach and free bottle of water as compliment.
Cons: The room has a smell like whore house! And the bed are not so comfortable to lay on. Extremely very firm bed and it make little noise when you moved a round it. It sounded like it's been used up so much and Very old bed that need to be replaced!
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean on the inside. It was quiet and in a good area. Good water pressure in the shower. Good tv.
Cons: No ice machine! Scary looking exterior. ...surprised to find a nice room on the inside. No pool. All the motels in this area are way overpriced.
Wittle Inn puts you within a 15-minute drive of Computer History Museum. Guests will have free perks like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet. Rooms feature bonuses like sofa beds, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Cons: paying for daily parking. low speed internet.
Pros: The feel of a home or apartment..did not want to leave simply amazing...the breakfast was by Far above and beyond my expectations. 10 rating Is simply an insult to the establishment.
Cons: That we couldn't live there.
Pros: Every Residence Inn that I have stayed at over the past eight years has been a pleasure. The Silicon Valley II is no exception. Clean rooms, nice public spaces - inside and outside - and very friendly and helpful staff. Doen't get better than this.
Cons: My room key failed several times in a row on the first evening of my stay. Of course, my hands were full, I was tired and ended up frustrated. Pretty minor, but not at that particular moment!

Cons: Wanted to use hot tub but it was filthy. Pool was also dirty
Pros: Hotel looks great when you walk in. Very friendly staff. Parking available in basement garage which was perfect considering it rained the day I checked out - stayed dry. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Excellent king size bed. Just the right amount of stiffness. Comforter was cozy.
Cons: Hotel is on a three lane one way street. Meaning you have to make a u-turn when you want to get back to the freeway. And Sunnyvale lights aren't time-generous with turning light signals. Be prepared to wait a few turns before making that U-turn. Wished the bar was open later than 12am. Caught a Sharks game, grabbed a bite afterwards, came back to the hotel for drinks and the bar was closed. Very disappointing. Room had a stereo alarm with a dated iPhone 4 dock. Did have an auxiliary port though. Pillows are waaaay too soft. Room was located on the main floor. Not as convenient as you'd think if you like privacy. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE. Over $8 for the standard continental and over $16 for the full breakfast bar - PER PERSON. Billable to your room of course. Still very displeasing. Settled for some subway down the street - $17 for two mouths. You do the math.
Pros: Ease of access
close to shops & restaurants
Cons: Don't expect to sleep much at night!
The Heating/AC unit in all the rooms are so noisy that, not only was I waken up by the one in my room each time it started, but also when the units in the rooms on either side started as well.
For the price, it is very disappointing.
Pros: Excellent bed, friendly staff who also gave us traffic update
Cons: Shower was either scalding or freezing, mostly freezing. Thought breakfast was included, but it was $12.95. Paid $17 for 3 incinerated taquitos and an iced tea for dinner.
Pros: Rooms very nice!
Cons: Elevators dirty scratches all over glass covers.
I believe this hotel with a spendy lobby nicley remodeled. Like a hightech sidding look on interior instead of old paint look.
Sorry I hate those type beds sorry would like different option slept poorly.

Guestrooms. The Domain's 136 guestrooms feature Sleep Number® beds, complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, 32-inch flat-screen televisions, and iPod docking stations. Bathrooms offer designer toiletries.
Pros: It was quiet, clean and updated. No complaints Close to what my needs were.
Cons: Room didn't have a view a little small but fine for me alone.
Pros: It's nice to have breakfast included. Premium cable tv.
Cons: We stayed right next to the ice machine. Not fun to wake up to that. Ask to be a little further. Tables in dining room were very squished together. Breakfast ended at 9:30am. Maybe they should extend it til at least 10:30. Possibly 11. I wouldn't stay here more than 2 nights. Very basic.
Pros: The staff was great, the facility was very clean, and the location was awesome close to everything. I enjoyed check in and late check out. The staff bent over backwards to make my stay wonderful including letting me get juice after breakfast when I turned in my key and not saying anything when I checked out 20 minutes late.
Well done to the management I would give you 10 stars if I could.
Cons: Please do not change anything except maybe extend breakfast.
Cons: Toilet ran 24/7, staff was oblivious while CA was in a severe drought. Toilet clogged, staff gave me a plunger to fit it myself. Dresser drawer would not stay closed, staff was oblivious. TV did not work during 1/2 of stay, received only 1/2 of the adjustment I was told I was getting. Staff was unable to make any decisions without management. Way overpriced for amenities offered!
Pros: The room was large and well equipped with a flat panel TV, DVD player, frig, microwave and coffe pot. The bed was a pillow top bed with four pillows.
Also, the breakfast included eggs, a meat, bagels, toast, muffins and of course cereals.
Pros: Location was great and bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Paid for a room with whirlpool, water went from brown to green. So lovely! Complained to front desk and they pretended that they didn't know about it, when there where clear signs of maintenance in the room. I was just told that I had already paid and that I was good to go. Also didn't appreciate the meddling Indian guy at front desk, asking me where I work and what I was doing there, where I was coming from. Horrible. Looks outdated from outside. Quite loud.
Cons: On the bottom floor closest to the entry door, was pretty loud. Should have asked for room move options. The sink is not in the bathroom. The HVAC system looks pretty old and was kinda loud. Other than that, a typical inexpensive hotel room. Wasn't going for a luxury stay, just a place to crash.
Pros: Location and Bed
Pros: Cleanliness was average, but I did check around for bed bugs just in case.
Cons: The outside was dirty and dated and made me nervous to sleep there-- wouldn't come back here even for the price.

Cons: GET OUT OF THERE! I know a lot of people are really critic when reviewing rooms, but believe me, I am not! Still I can say this is surely the worst room I've ever been in my life. Everything there is really old, dirty and smells bad. The parking is a public parking. They said there would be breakfast but they don't serve anything. They also promises you wi-fi, but forget it! It doesn't even connect.
Cons: Room stick from cigarettes although it mention as a non smoking room!

Pros: I love it is conveniently located next to the freeway. Easy access on and off the freeway.
Cons: I did not stay....it was a disappointment. VERY dark and dingy. So I left. I will NEVER consider staying here again.
Pros: Right off 101 fwy.
Cons: Run down room. Lots of shady guests coming and going at all hours of night. Would only give 3 stars
Cons: I paid over $--- per day and the wifi isn't even free. Ridiculous!
Pros: Clean, affordable, quiet with a nice bed. Just what we look for in a hotel.
Pros: Great staff at the desk. Nice room!
Pros: The hotel was in a good location, easy to get to off the highway. Room was clean.
Cons: Extra $10.00 for WiFi. No refrigerator in room. Bathroom faucet was defective, (couldn't regulate hot/cold water) No free breakfast. Feel cost was high for value received. Will reluctantly recommend.
Pros: Nice restaurant, immediate hot water and fluffy towels in room. Everything was in tip top shape and working order. Asked for a refrigerator and, by the time we got to the room, it was there.
Pros: The staff was kind. The room was clean. Great location
Pros: Spacious room. Good access to highway. Friendly staff.
Cons: A bit too close to highway.
Cons: Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.

Pros: This place was amazing even with construction going on! Staff was nice, bed felt amazing! It was clean and so comfy to be in.
Pros: I thought that the breakfast was presented nicely.
Cons: I didn't like the parking situation. would prefer an assigned parking space to go with the room.
Pros: The cost-effectiveness of the place. Fairly decent facilities at fair prices.
Pros: Convenient location and much more economical than the Hyatt for doing something at the Santa Clara Convention Center
Cons: It wasn't in the same class as the Hyatt, but was good value.
Pros: the bed is comfortable
Cons: There is no hot water until the second day .......
