Pros: A comfortable bed, an excellent shower, and delicious coffee.
Cons: Hassle to get wifi, poor breakfast (except for the coffee), not enough soap and shampoo supplied; overall it was overpriced.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Extremely loud in-room air conditioner that rumbled and vibrated at a pitch that was previously thought impossible. It made relaxing in the room and sleeping a nightmare.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well maintained and far exceeded my expectatations. The continental breakfast had a variety of options to please most guest.
Cons: It would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area near the pool but other than that the area was nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts offered were excellent, and the dining room was spacious and well-organized. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean and roomy.
Cons: It would be nice to have two comfortable chairs to sit in. The swimming pool was really small. That was really the only disappointment.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great!
Cons: Flies got into our room. We were in a room that was offset to a corridor leading to stairs. Because a light was left on in the corridor, it attracted bugs so every time we opened the door, bugs got in.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! Nice clean rooms!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good--all the basics. Location relatively close to restaurants (driving), yet quiet.
Cons: The room key system didn't work, so we had to spend about 20-30 min troubleshooting with the only person available (front desk receptionist) at the late hour we arrived. After going back and forth through three sets of keys and ultimately finding out that the battery on the door was dead, we got another room. We hope this was an unusual event and that batteries are maintained regularly.

Pros: Stayed here for one night while driving down to Vegas. I've stayed at a few Twin Falls hotels over the years but not in this part of town. This is a much better area. Not too far from the highway and plenty of places to eat nearby. We needed to grab some allergy meds and thankfully a Walgreens is right next door. Pros: Rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable; there's a nice little swimming pool outside. Could use more sunbeds though.

Pros: The hotel is really cute and comfy. This was our second stay.
Cons: I would rate it higher but.... the wifi was out and the wifi was REALLY important because we had a long long drive through cell-phone free country ahead and we needed to use the hotel time to prep our apps. Now, wifi can go down. C'est la vie. But I also felt like the staff wasn't communicative or "on-top" of it, so that was disappointing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility was awesome!
Cons: Well it was $50 more than expected and it was noisy until after midnight. Otherwise it was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was clean. The bed was comfy
Cons: Kids running around unbridled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine. Staff, breakfast was all to my expectations. I will visit TF’s Hampton in the future.
Cons: I requested the main floor. I didn’t have the status I guess. I was traveling with an elder father. It worked out.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff and clean rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Lots of towels. Front desk staff were nice, check-in and check out was quick. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
Cons: Nope. Everything was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The linen was soft and towels were well stocked. The breakfast was awesome....there was a huge selection!
Cons: Well...check-in was 3, but we arrived around 6:30 pm and the rooms weren't available yet. We actually had to wait an additional 30 minutes because we weren't a Hilton Rewards member. They took everyone that came in after us first if they had the rewards. That whole thing felt really weird. Also, while it was nice to have an indoor pool, it was so heavily chlorinated and poorly ventilated that just watching our children swim burned our eyes and nose severely.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was nice and the location was great: the room was spacious and bathroom nicely appointed.
Cons: It definitely didn’t live up to expectations for a Hampton. Hampton is a favorite for my family due to the consistent great service, rooms, coffee, and breakfast. This location had almost none of that. The coffee seems weak, the breakfast selection smaller than normal, and the front desk is often unstaffed. In addition our flights were delayed due to weather. We were unable to check in on our scheduled date and instead stayed at a Hampton in SLC for our first night. The Twin Falls location refused to credit us the single night, even though we stayed at another Hampton and the situation was completely beyond our control. The whole stay was just meh and not what I expect front Hampton level.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Normally the beds are comfortable. Today this one was lumpy and had body imprints. The pillow smelled like mildew. Not what I normally experience at Hampton.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: We booked this hotel because it advertised pets were allowed. We called the hotel as well. When we got there they had no rooms that allowed pets. Put us in a stressful and tough spot having 2 dogs.
Cons: Definitely not at the typical quality of a Best Western. Need to train their employees better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bey clean rooms and staff was very friendly.

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Very short and didn't listen
7.5 Good
Cons: fire alarm went off at 2:30, and we had to leave. Took them awhile to get everything together. Hotel flooded with water.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Me and my partner woke up feeling sick and blowing our noses with blood in them and coughing and severely congested. And no we didn't have colds. We felt instantly better upon leaving the hotel. I don't know if it was due to mold in the hotel or.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice newer
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was ok but I was hoping for a little more selection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Looked newly updated with no carpet on the floor. Love this idea .
Cons: Very small room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pets allowed with fee of $15. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast so, so. Easy on and off highways. Nice and quiet.
Cons: We asked for an accessible room as I have a problem walking. The bathroom was alright except they need to put safety bars in more accessible places and not have a tub in the room - only shower with safety bar and bench. We stayed twice during the same trip. One room had a hair dryer with the electrical plug in an awkward place. Should be looked at by an electrician.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this property. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. They have recently renovated (and still working through the process) The rooms look great! Plus you can't beat the location when you are just stopping for a night to continue on the road. Highly recommend.

6.0 Good
Pros: It was close to the highway and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The bathroom had active mold blooms on the walls. It was clean otherwise but the ceiling was spotted black and the tub had no calk, the fan didn't work either.

Pros: Consistent Quality, friendliness and Cleanliness
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: There was a huge trash bin right outside our room. Overall the hotel was very dirty.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and indoor pool
Cons: Walls are pretty thin and when people shut thier doors it shakes the whole place , made it tough to get a good night sleep
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, good bed, and a hot breakfast. What could be better?
Cons: No
1.0 Poor
Pros: There really was nothing good
Cons: I realize that when a hotel is undergoing renovations everything can be a mess, but, to place a guest into a room just a door away from said renovations is awful. The room we were in was not very clean. There was also black mold in the bathroom.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location and large room was key.
Cons: check in was a little slow
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and convenient location. Breakfast was good
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and the hotel could stand an update. They are apparently in the midst of a remodel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of it to the freeway.
Cons: They were doing remodeling in the room next to mine and did not make me aware of this. Waking up to hammers pounding on the walls at 7:30 in the morning after just a few hours of rest was not pleasant.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, the staff was nice, the pool and hot tub were great. I loved the art work hanging in the halls. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from. It was very nice.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Staff were reasonably friendly.
Cons: We booked a king Jacuzzi suite, which turned out to be a small hotel room with a jetted tub in the corner, at a very high price. Much worse, however, was the presence of huge dumpsters, trash, construction garbage and just plain hazards everywhere!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was big and heated
Cons: They where doing remodeling a little noisey

Pros: It was fine for the money and the location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Impressed with the cleanliness and their eagerness to make us comfortable.
Cons: Kitchen facilities were upstairs. That would be difficult for someone not able to walk well. No coffee in the room, but everything else was great! I do think they would have gone out of their way to accomodate someone not able to do stairs.

Cons: Noisey traffic

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I wanted.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The price was very high but we found out it is due to a lack of hotels in the area. It was hard to find one with a vacancy. The room they initially gave us was already occupied when we tried to open the door. Fortunately they had another.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is wonderful and spacious
Cons: Not anything I can think of
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Big clean room.
Cons: Elevators were out when I stayed.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: As tiered as we were it was a place to sleep but I can not say any thing good . the room was like the parking lot to small if you are big people suck it in or you won't get in .
Cons: It was like a bad dream and being warped back to the bad side of the 50's a kid at the desk that was not clear the web sit is a lie.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Spacious room.
Cons: The bath rug and washcloth were neatly folded on the side of tub, but they were saturated with water. Only one type of blanket in the room, unable to regulate body temperature due to a memory foam-like mattress pad and polyester blanket. A duvet would have helped and remove the memory foam.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything, the remodel and upgrade from Shilo inn to Holiday inn was fantastic. The addition of the restaurant was a bonus. Restaurant food was delicious.
Cons: nothing it was great
4.0 Okay

9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice location in a very pleasant setting. Very comfortable clean room
Cons: It was a nice place but we were expecting a complimentary breakfast but there was none offered. Having to pay for the breakfast was a surprise and did not make the hotel as good a deal as we expected. But, all in all we would probably stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brand new hotel...rooms are large, well appointed and lovely. Restaurant is fabulous! Pool and spa, too!

Pros: Big choises of a breakfast buffet
4.0 Okay
Pros: This hotel doesn't allow you to Check in. Before 3pm. On Tuesday and Wednesdays they have a dinner snack which consisted of a bread board of loaded baked potato soup which was pretty good and chili that was better than out of a can. The room was dated.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: For the price it was what I expected.
5.0 Okay
Cons: THOUGH STATED WAS NON-SMOKING, BLDG. #2 HAD VERY NOTICEABLE STALE CIGARETTE SMOKE ODOR. HAD TO HOLD BREATH WHEN IN HALLWAYS. STAFF SAID USED TO BE SMOKING. EVEN OUR TEEN COMMENTED ON IT. OTHER GUESTS WERE ALSO COMMENTING, HOLDING BREATH IN HALLS, ETC.

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Could definitely be better
Cons: The price the size of the room the breakfast the staff the overall experience was just not good I wouldn’t recommend by any means go across the street to motel 6 for half the price and twice the amount of space. (No breakfast not like that’s much different)

Pros: The staff was extremely accommodating even while there were multiple people checking in at once. She acknowledged everyone and made sure to let us know she would be right with us.
Cons: The staff would activate our room keys and they were only good for ONE use. Literally EVERY time we came and went from the hotel, we had to go back down to the lobby and get our keys reactivated, which was a pain in the butt.

Pros: What it was like when we stayed there 5 years ago. Obviously a lot has changed.

Cons: N/A
4.0 Okay
Pros: Easy to get to
Cons: This hotel is dated. They have done some remodeling in the rooms but the rest of the areas are very dated. The room seemed clean but the halls and grounds were dirty and not well maintained.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: This hotel is not a 3 star. The building was old and not well maintained. The lawn is overgrown, there were holes in the screen, water damage in the bathroom walls, limescale in the shower and extremely dirty windows, and knicks and dings in the walls.
6.3 Good
Pros: Price more reasonable; central location
Cons: Facility was quite dated; worn out, dirty carpets in hallway; really dirty windows; a lot of dead shrubbery. Needs some TLC overall
4.6 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfy, floor in room was cool. Check in gal I as great everything after that was blah.
Cons: Room was dark and dreary. Old drawers looked like the room had flooded since the wood around the bottom was damaged. Breakfast was gone ,even coffee at 9:30 am. Attendant did not care. Building is old as well as the sign out front. Coffee $hop open....really! Ran out of letters? At a hotel you can tell when management is good through the actions of the staff!!! Bathtub scaly door dirty.
