Any other Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed in the breakfast has been a FREE buffet. In the Twin Falls Hilton Garden Inn… I was charged $14.95 for the breakfast buffet! This is disappointing to me, prior stays from PSL Fl, Cle OH, MO, Spokane WA have been provided gratis, no charge, free. Funny to me anyway, I stayed in this same Hilton Gard Inn right when Covid was starting, i didn’t eat the breakfas...

Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel looked nice.
Cons (-) We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not made up even once. No fresh towels. No made beds or cleaning in our room at all. When we went to get towels they only had hand towels available.

Pros (+) Breakfast was superb, room was extremely clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Appreciated that bathroom door was quiet so it didn't wake my daughter when I was awake early.
