A great stay, but some caveats for families travel
The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Balconies had a fantastic view. Can't beat the location if you're wanting to go to the Holy Sepulchre or anywhere in the Old City because it's right across from the New Gate. We love the Wine & Cheese restaurant on the 4th floor, have eaten there almost every time we go to Jerusalem. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
I wish the rooms had been actually adjoining with a door. The balconies are easy to climb over to get through the window door so it's kind of adjoining, but if you have kids and want them to have their own room, it's not like there's a door connecting rooms next to each other. Sound echoes through the hallways and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallways. There are no fridges in the rooms, but the receptionist was nice enough to let me store milk for my baby in the fridge behind the desk while I was there.
