Cons: The car... I have a mecanic problem with the car in 2 times. And when a dropoff the car and share about it in Jerusalem, asking what Budget can do for me, the man answer me: NOTHING! I was so unsatisfied!

Pros: Quick return in the garage.
Cons: Poor customer service on King David St Jerusalem office. Took 30 minutes to return vehicle as sales reps talked on phone, ignoring waiting customers. Never again with Budget in Israel

Rude service, car is the worst I've rented in more
Pros: That they finally gave me the car
Cons: Car was not at the requested pick-up location. After an 45 min of wait I was driven to a different location on the other end of town. I was given a car that was 5-7 years old. It was not clean, it was scarched in every place, and even one part was missing on the bumper. It had only one head light working. Transmission was overheating during my trip. But since no other car was available, I had to take it.

Cons: Location is very hard to find and I had to wait more than 1 hour to finally get he car as the personnel was not proactive and had difficulties with the online booking.

You have to stop and ask where to park
Pros: She was great and fixed a mistake that the Tel Aviv office made because they charged us too much.
Cons: It would be nice to have a sign outside of where to return the car. One person had to run inside and get instructions while the other person sat on the side of the road.

Jerusalem budget worst customer service ever
Pros: Unable to execute my valid reservation
Cons: Bait and switch. Refused to fulfill reservation even when 800corporate Budget agent on phone told them it was valid. Avoid this place like the plague.
Cons: An hour after we got the car, I noticed snuck on the glass of the windshield. I didn't want to notify Hertz because surely they would blame us. We hoped they wouldn't notice upon return. Well, they did, and of course didn't believe we didn't do it. We have CDW from our credit card company, but going home, so have to pay up front of new windshield and do time consuming claim with Chase Bank. Big nuisance, and not our fault. Our downfall was not thoroughly inspecting the windshield at time of rental.
