Pros (+) The facilities are very good. We enjoyed our breakfast, and our dinner and sparkling wine was fantastic. The room does not disappoint, the bed and linens were great.
Cons (-) Shower is a bit small.

Pros (+) Customer service was impeccable; the staff was helpful, engaging and friendly. Requests were handled with a care and attention to detail that made me feel the staff truly cared about me and my experience. It was wonderful, and the food was excellent.
