The hotel area is close to the city center and other places. The staff were friendly. The room was really large and clean enough. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk from JB central. It's reasonably good value for money, with a big room, swimming pool, and close to JB Sentral.

The condition of the hotel is unattractive from the lobby's main door, swimming pool, and elevator. The exterior looks like a hotel that has been abandoned for a long time and is scary. The WiFi is unusable due to a very weak connection. The location needs improvement for easier access. The hotel looks creepy and the basement parking is scary.
