Pros. big and spacious room
Cons. old facilities, restaurant had poor quality food
Pros. Really nice luxury hotel. Staff went out of their way to help. Car and driver hire for trip to Singapore was hassle free (but not actually cheap!) and it was door to door to my hotel in downtown Singapore in under an hour - unlike public transport which was queued up on the bridge for hundreds of meters.
Cons. Too far from downtown JB and not easy to get transport if you dont know where you want to be. Shuttles only at weekends.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Everything
