Crosswaters Resort sits in the front ranges of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Located about an hour west of Calgary, this resort welcomes in couples, businesses, and families. This is primarily a wellness resort. A place for people to come, detox and remove the stress of their life through a range of activities and facilities that are available here.
There are a grand total of 70 rooms in Crosswaters Resort, including a special adults-only floor. There are seven different room configurations guests can choose from. The Deluxe Double Queen and The Deluxe King each have 400 square feet, a 42" HDTV and triple-sheeted mattresses. The extremely large Executive Suite has 1,300 square feet of living space along with a formal dining room and cozy fireplace. Finally, the Bi-Level Loft offers visitors a chic urban feel with a king bed upstairs and 550 square feet of living room space downstairs.
The main reason people come to Crosswaters Resort is for Knordic, a modern alpine spa. This 50,000 square foot resort houses incredible facilities like three outdoor pools, each kept at a different temperature, a Banya sauna, a Finnish sauna, a Barrel sauna and an Alchemist & Eucalyptus Steam Cabin. At these saunas, visitors can enjoy a range of treatments like various massages, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy.
There are five different dining options for guests at Crosswaters Resort. Visitors can stop by the Blacktail Bar for a craft cocktail, Market Cafe for a quick bite or coffee, Woody's Pub & Patio to enjoy some food in the spacious outdoor terrace, the Cedar Room is a contemporary steakhouse and, finally, Forte Restaurant gives diners rustic Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
