The smell in the room was really pronounced, as oldish. No housekeeping received on the second day of stay. Pool water doesn't seem to be clean enough, i have a feeling pool water hasn't been replaced for a long time. Restaurant kitchen has to be improved too.

Great location for Eastern Rhodopes. Close to lots of beautiful natural sights. Location is very convenient and the large car parking in front of the hotel is also very good. The outdoor space, children's playground was awesome. The place is fantastic ?

The staff was friendly and place clean. Really nice and polite staff. Staff speaking Turkish and Turkish breakfast and soups. Amazing nature. Friendly staff was the strongest point.

The rooms are very small like a cabin in a boat. The property is very close to the main road that leads to the Greek border and some rooms might slightly hear the traffic. The open time for the swimming pool is somewhere from June to end August. Depending on the wind in the evening we could smell the restaurant sometimes.
