Staff were not proactively helpful, no information provided on hotel facilities or area, no compensation for the pool being out of action, no snacks available in cafe, just drinks and no one on reception when checking out so had to wait 15 mins just so we could pay mini bar bill.

I booked a suite and I expected to have a relaxing time in the room's bath, but instead they ruined my holidays.I Hung up the "please make up my room" which was written in 4 languages but the stuff, untill 1330 did not cleaned my room. I mentioned it at the reception and left and when I returned the receptionist waited for me with a note written in english saying that if I wanted my room cleaned I should not hung up the "don't disturb please". When I went to the room, was as I've left it. When I asked at least a towel and shampoo, she only gave me a pare of towels. I wonder who gives stars in Czech hotels given that 1) room service is not available in the afternoon 2) the stuff can't communicate in English 3) They can't provide you shampoo.
