Very luxurios hotel with large rooms. Excellent hotel Internet is limited and cost. Internet should be free. I think it is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel to charge for this.

The breakfast is excellent and the room is really big and comfortable which is really good for vacation. Free wifi should be offered by the hotel.

Restarant, breakfast, Location, atmosphere very little lobby.

The architecture of this hotel perfectly fits in the environment of the famous spa town of Karlovy Vary. I also liked the restaurant an the buffet breakfast.

Room was very nice, the breakfast was wonderful. We were not able to have coffee or drinks in the evenings on the patio in front of the hotel. It was closed after 10.

just near everywhere, bus station, post, restaurant, spa, swimming, spring, shopping, river...Clear and nice.

Pleasant athmosphere, surroundings and appearance of the hotel and hotel facilities. Good quality standard. Nostalgic charme of the place in Karlovy Vary. The indifferent and reluctant friendliness of some staff members and lacking committment to guest services, which does not reflect the over all impression of the Hotel

Very smiling staff

We were given a lot of attention. We felt like royalty. Breakfast was really good and the assortment of teabags, coffee and chocolate in the room was very welcoming! I didn't like the fact that we had to pay upon arrival.

The staff was very curtious and helpful. We were able to have a very late checkout because the hotel was not full, which was very nice. The hotel is in an excellent location, comfortable, clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. We did not like the parking arrangement - it's not comfortable, but there is really nothing the hotel could do about it.

The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable; hotel was right in the historic center of Karlovy Vary, within walking distance of sights and activities, all for a very reasonable price. We went there specifically for the FIBA womens basketball championships and especially appreciated the refrigerator in the room, the room internet access (not wireless), the filling breakfasts, and the helpfulness of the staff, despite our unfamiliarity with the Czech language. If returning to KV, would definitely stay there again. Parking was called "difficult" in reviews but they did not make clear the near impossibility of driving a car to the hotel, even to check in. The historic center of KV is largely a pedestrian mall. Once we arrived, the parking arranged by the hotel was fine - a few minutes' walk away. But finding our way there the first time (by car) was stressful and time-consuming, even with a map; specific arrival instructions would have made a huge difference, even if the instruction was "park your car at this location and walk to the hotel by this route."

Design of room and dining hall. Airy, fresh and minimalictic, which is up to my taste. Breakfast is impeccable considering hotel size and budget. Location is superb. Only one flaw, there is no WiFi. 2 small warnings. If you are an early bird like me - breakfast starts quite late. The place doesn't have 'a view', rear rooms are facing hill, front rooms are facing street.

The location just couldn't be beat for the price. The breakfast was great, staff very friendly, rooms and bathrooms huge...really decent hotel. This is not a 4-star hotel. I've stayed at a 4-star Hilton in the middle of London...this is not the same, though still good. They forgot the towels in our room and we only figured that out when we got out of the shower. The double bed was two win beds pushed together (normal for Europe), but they weren't hooked together, so all night the beds just slid apart. We tried to fix it but the bed was actually broken. Also, with two of the hotel staff I had to switch to German to be able to communicate effectively. "Free WiFi" did not exist, the hotel said that in Czech, the website would read something like "free internet with cable," but the English version led to me bringing my iPad and iPhone and not being able to get a stitch of the web

Very good position and good view, good sound isolation, friendly staff, free parking! Breakfast qould be better!

it was great staying in this hotel. we had a corner room that had 3 huge windows and a nice view. good breakfast. great location. great value for money..

Big light number with completely equipped kitchen, washing and сушильной by machines. The affable personnel, the convenient free-of-charge parking, a convenient site, the good price To diversify breakfasts.

Very nice hotel vith free parking near centr of city. The hot springs galery is very nearby, 2 minutes if you go slowly.

The breakfast was plentiful and a large assortment of food items: cooked vegetables along with assorted meats, cold-cuts, chicken legs, cheeses, salmon, and much more. short walk to the colonnade and the other fountains. old fashioned european style with very modern and clean furnishings The hot tub was too cold.

Convenient location and helpful staff.

The location was nice, and the room was beautiful. The "queen" bed was actually two beds pushed together.

Excellent value for money. Brand new hotel fully equipped. Great pool/jacuzzi area (paying). Very small room (although luxury). Paying parking and pool.

The room was very clean. The spa facilities were nice. We did not receive a "warm" greeting.

A very comfortable period hotel with a first class dining restaurant. The hotel is centrally located in the historic center of Carlsbad The hotel is difficult to reach by car and there are extensive street improvement works underway immediately outside.
