Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean, inviting. Exceptionally helpful staff. Perfect location for an early flight back to the UK. Extremely helpful staff, advised us to arrive at the airport as early as possible. Great staff, helped us a lot. The hosts and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nice and very clean. Worst hotel during my entire trip! I was overcharged, the lady at the front desk was very rude. The coffee is terrible. No lift. No lift. Sadly no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. According to the website, this was a three-star hotel. Pretty dated hotel but rather clean. No elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up several flights. Original room had no working light in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. No elevator, inconvenient if your room is on a high floor for carrying luggage. Very noisy. Very unresponsive staff. Ugly scary outside of the building. Tiny bedroom. It’s very cold in the room. Only since you asked...Our room was on the street side, so it was noisy and we were also right next to the stairwell. Additionally, some party folks were making quite a racket in the wee hours of the morning. Housekeeping knocked at 8 a.m., far too early. Rooms should have "do not disturb" hang tags for the door. And, maybe most important the room should have a coffee maker! Bathroom, especially the shower was moldy. Price !!!! 400 euros 1 night !!! : No elevator - 3 stairs to climb with a 19kg luggage No coffee /tea/ boiled water facilities in the room. Rude receptionist. No lift.
