Flight went well, 2 hour delay was disappointing but understandable if there was a maintenance issue.

Alaska Airlines is my airline of choice hands down. They deliver consistent quality, especially from the staff. I cringe when I have to fly another carrier.

Our flight was experience was great. The captain announced what to expect on the flight. The weather was stormy in Florida our destination and he explained we would be going thru some turbulence but all would be good. He took time to announce when we flew over notable areas of the country. Flight crew was good. The snacks need to step up. One Biscoff for a five hour flight on a $650.00 ticket is slack.

Truly, everything was professional, and extremely friendly with lots of smiles from all the staff. My only complaint is that both coming and going from San Francisco to Seattle and back the public announcement system on the airplane when I was sitting in the exit row was so loud that it hurt my ears, and I was not the only one I did report it to one of the stewardesses who thanked me and apologized, but truly Alaska Airlines is my favorite domestic Airlines by a far shot

Boarding was slow, but that was my fault for not getting in line sooner (missed the pre-boarding). Other than that everything was a 10!

My ticket was mistakenly not ticketed properly and I had to buy another ticket and you haven't reimburse me yet.

First time flying on Alaska Airlines. Very good experience. Boarded, landed on time, baggage claim was quick just as they guarantee. When returning home, the nicest person at the check in counter helped with our checked luggage tickets and our wine cases, which were free to check (one per passenger) when you joined their rewards program. Will definitely use this airline again!

Cheeseburger was good, but other sides were awful. Attendents were great! Flight was good, except for changing gates 4 times and flight being delayed over an hour..

Super narrow seats, no in flight entertainment for long direct flight and limited snacks of 1 packet of cookies. Nice crew and patient staff.

There was overbooking that delayed boarding. Then an airport emergency lockdown that caused further delays in boarding. However the time was made up during flight and there was a minimal delay in landing. Everything else was excellent.

Very crowded and the economy seats were the smallest and with the least legroom I have ever experienced. Cabin staff were excellent although the food service was chaotic as they were being each person their food individually instead of from the wagon.

Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.

The cabin and bathroom experience was poor as the cabin and bathroom were dirty and showed signs of an older plane that had not been updated for Customer’s, comfort and health. There was gum on my seat when I arrived and dirt spots around the fan and light controls. The flight was almost entirely full, so there was no way I could be moved from my seat. Th bathroom had the peeling paint.

Wifi worked inconsistently; outlet to charge computer did not work.

Gate agent in LAS named Juliett should win an award for excellent customer service.

Gate agent and flight attendants were efficient, but more stern than warm.

The only issue is that the plane was HOT. This was not the case on my first flight so not sure why, but thankfully I had a portable fan with me. Everything else was great!

13 hour delay stuck in Detroit and missed a day of meetings. It was terrible

The aircraft interior is old and tired on this aircraft. The entertainment system never worked despite the crews attempt to reset the system.

Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.

Check in at the desk was very slow pus Security, although not Virgin issue at JFK was a nightmare. 50 minuet wait no time to explore airport and get last minuet gifts. total wait 1.5hours

I was my pleasure to fly virgin on my birthday for my first solo trip ever 🫶🏼

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

Good overall. Cannot fault the airlines. I have had better entertainment systems before ie ice in Emirates but it was not too bad. Food was decent and staff were friendly.

This was a small aircraft (relatively) and we were delayed half an hour on takeoff, which is not the airlines fault.

Return flight was perfect. All on time and no hiccups. However, going was another story. I don't blame United for the weather, but I am rather disappointed in its response to my getting stranded in my layover city for the night. United gave me a $20 food voucher. That's it. But besides this policy, the employees were incredibly helpful rerouting me to my final destination in Fort Lauderdale, FL. So overall, 8 out of 10. 10 out of 10 for flight comfort, inflight service and before flight service. 5 out of 10 for layover handling.

Better management of the boarding process. Is there any way you could forward all the window seats first? That's the Way Reno Air used to do it, and they had the fastest boarding in the industry!

Old plane, no amenities. Very abrupt landing. Unnecessarily long taxi time.

The flight was for my mom in wheelchair the staff in Newark wer not friendly took a long time to even get a wheelchair she almost missed her flight because they finally got a chair few minutes before boarding they had to rush her to the gate. They took her carryon and checked it as a bag told her don’t worry free of charge but they charge the credit card anyway. She also told me the seats are not comfortable at all as if they were broken she could feel the bars in the seat SFO staff was much better overall she had the worst experience

Entertainment was great. Seats were good. They did not have my pre-ordered hot food product available but did comp me something cold in place of the item.

United cancelled the flight after a 2 hour delay. The only choice was a 24 hour delay which was then 3 hours delayed.

Movies were old and third rate. Very poor on a seven hour flight. Food was OK but not business class caliber

Although the flight from JFK to Keflavik is not inexpensive, Iceland Air offers nothing but water, no soft drinks, to passengers without a charge. The seats are uncomfortable, there is no leg room, and there was no available internet to purchase.

Was hard to sleep, but other then that everything was good.

We got to the runway and had to go back to terminal to have plane worked on, which is fine, but the 40 minute connecting flight was already gone because of this delay and had to wait 5 hours to get on a different flight and only got a meal voucher which I didn’t see the email until after I had already ordered and paid for food. I feel I should be compensated.

Hard to figure out how to put back the seat, how to get the entertainment, how to upload passport docs. Also, a warning in the airport that food was all for purchase would have been helpful.

Horrible. My dad was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with lymphoma and Icelandair refused to refund flight even though I had a letter from his physician.

The WiFi wasn’t working, so no one could watch any entertainment for 5 hours. The plane also was delayed and did not leave, nor did the staff prioritize those with connecting flights to de-board first. Everyone with a connecting flight to Munich missed their flight by 5 minutes. Then the next flight to Munich was 14 hours later. The airport could not compensate us because the closest hotel was about 2 hours away. This did not seem like the truth. I was not pleased with this traveling experience.

I DO NOT recommend Iceland air...missed connecting flight.....paid for isle seat upgrade for health reasons...had to do that over....baggage left in the rain so clothes got soaked other items ruined....called customer * dont care* service
