Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to Kemah Boardwalk! Friendly staff, excellent location and clean! Walking distance from Kemah board walk. Super Clean!! and Great location!!! It was very comfortable, and we did't have to deal with traffic or parking issues at all. I definitely recommend it.

Not many parking spaces available. Heavy road construction in the area. Traffic very bad at times. It's ok not too bad. For the area sadly it's not the best hotel. Was not to clean but not filthy. Had a weird smell sheets were stained with brown substance. Alot of the fixtures espically in restroom were broken or about to break. For example the towel holder in restroom was holding on for dear life. So was the toliet holder.

Amenities include daily housekeeping, physical distancing in dining areas, hand sanitizer in guest accommodation, free parking, microwave, refrigerator, hot tub, laundry facilities, and more.

The high season is in May, and the low season is in October.

The staff was nice, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. The owner was very nice. If your going and want a quiet place traffic is very noisy and bands from restaurants so stay somewhere around Kemah. But if your looking for nightlife perfect spot, you can walk. If your a picky person go stay at a 5star because you won't be happy!!
