Pros (+) Basic room.
Cons (-) Front desk concierge, Stephanie had an attitude that I reserved a room with an Amex when I don't even own one. I showed her the documents of the confirmation using my MasterCard. She continued to persist that I reserved it with an Amex and this is what happens if you book with a third party site.

Pros (+) The rooms are always clean & fresh smelling. The staff are always wonderful.
Cons (-) The hotel picture was not what the motel ended up being. Also it described it was waterfront when it wasn't. That was disappointing but not the end of the world.

Pros (+) Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.
Pros (+) Room 103. We had bathroom issues. Toilet did not flush. Bathtub did not drain during shower. Leak of unknown origin over floor and rug. 2 adult travelers. The pool was nice.
