The refurbished Deluxe Rooms were done well. The bar facilities were also good except that some staff members still need training on customer service and communication in English.
I disliked the idea that I had to pay for an extra half a day because I arrived a few hours before the book in time of 14h00. The standard double and twin rooms are in a terrible state. They don't qualify to be in a 4-star hotel ! That is what I had booked and I subsequently had to upgrade to a Deluxe room which was nice and comfortable but at a huge cost. I also did not like the harassment of my Ukranian girlfriend although I had booked a room for two people. The security personnel demanded her passport so she could have access to my room. For God's sake, she had the right to be with me and I had already checked in.
