Pros: Very comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Food was only average. But atmosphere both friendly and welcoming. A little piece of heaven
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful and clean rooms, the serene environment, quiet place to get away too.
Cons: The food, lack of variety, some of the food was too salty. Some other food was too dry that it lost its taste
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Silver Palm was more than welcoming! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The facilities and rooms are beautiful and very tasteful, and the food was great. The buffet had a different theme each day. Perfect for a romantic getaway, but also for families with children! Would recommend 100%.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Room is spacious enough
Cons: They need to clean the rooms and change guest towels in between days Breakfast can be improved
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The staff made arrangements to get me medicine for allergies. The food was very freshly prepared and was excellent. Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is perfect ! Very clean , super friendly staff , beautiful architecture and pool. I would definetly recommend this place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff, food and setting. Don't need to leave the resort! The pool is especially spectacular. Great to have A/C in the heat and humidity. Really good value for money!
Cons: There's quite a lot of seaweed on the beach, but I still managed to have a nice swim. Pool more than makes up for it.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The setting was calm and very relaxing. Loved the outdoor showers and delicious food. The staff were very welcoming and delightful.
Cons: Nothing not to like
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The vegetation all around, food, access to beach, the dogs, people who work there, music, outdoor showers, loved it all
Cons: For drinking water one has to buy plastic bottles. It won’t hurt to put a filter on one tab so we can avoid all the plastic in an eco lodge.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Love the compost toilets but the outside shower in amongst the bamboo is unreal! Whoever designed that knew what they were doing. I like that there are reminders around the place about being eco and the place seems quite transparent and educational about how it runs ecologically. I liked the reception welcome, lovely staff. Seeing the bioluminesnce at night was one in a million. Its worth saying at distant relatives just one night just for that alone! The forms are spacious, clean and beds are large. Mosquito nets do not have holes.
Cons: I sadly didn't enjoy my meal at all. For an eco place there really aren't many vegetarian or vegan options. I chose a veggie burger and quite honestly I felt I was being punished for not eating meat. The salad has no dressing at all, the burger was a beetroot burger. I've had them before, and made my own and I've never had one so awful. It was dry, it could do with a sauce in the bun at least and other toppings to make it more interesting. They also need to get the burger itself right, the recipe is off. Pole. I wanted so much to love the food. Apart from the disappointment everything is wonderful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful place located right by Kilifi Creek which made it possible to watch the bioluminescense at night! So incredible. Amazing staff, great atmosphere, spacious room and a comfortable bed. Everything was perfect!
6.8 Good
Pros: The outdoor shower facility is really cool, made in a bamboo forest! The food served at the restaurant was very good, though somewhat overpriced. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: The outdoor toilets were undesirable. There are no toilets in your room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff were helpful and friendly. The self catering kitchen was a great money saver and nice and big. The common area were very social and comfortable. The swimming pool was great to cool down.
Cons: The location wasn't great so spent bit of money on tuk tuks and motorbikes
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing setting with loads of chillout areas. Super cool showers. Big airy dorm with nice beds. Wifi in all areas. Location near the lake.
Cons: Far from town
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I like their fully equipped kitchen, big relaxing area, nice bar and pool. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. Also, I was there on a Friday and they had a music event at night which was amazing!
Cons: My bed net didn't work at all. I was bitten by mosquitos every night and that made me can't sleep really well
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice backpackers with super finely staff and a cool vibe.
Cons: Not close to a nice beach for swimming, but has 'n very nice pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the place, very beautiful, perfect to relax. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. We would definetely go back to this place!
Cons: Nothing

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Despite reporting the problem 3 times to the reception we had no hot shower water during our stay. Each time the maintenance team said it was a boiler problem and they would sort it out and then disappeared. On check out I asked to see the manager who was unavailable, so I completed a guest questionnaire and reported the problem on that with a specific request that the manager contact me by phone or email. He has not done so. This is a great shame as our stay was otherwise good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Mnarani Club are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, and the facilities here are great too. I have been here three times so far, and will definitely be coming back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was great.I would go back to Mnarani because the staff should be a national treasure!
Cons: Wifi connection especially on my iPhone when in the room was a little bit underwhelming.Other than that everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply wonderful. The hotel has a lovely ambience. Staff cannot do enough to fulfil guests requirements even when they are busy. A very personal service. Highly recommended. Food is second to none.
Cons: The ship could have been better stocked. There are few opportunities to shop locally so a fully stocked gift shop would do well.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were very nice with a nice view of Kilifi Creek into the Indian Ocean. Very good food and quite pleasant staff to serve you. The hospitality was great. Very happy and would return to Mnarani
Cons: There was only one small issue - the housekeeping did not knock when they came to do the turn down service. Otherwise no complaints at all with the facilities nor the staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Good people e.g. Omar, Samuel, Lawrence, Wellington and the guy giving coconuts (can't remember his name).
Cons: I think charges for rooms should be per room not per person. That inflates rates unnecessarily . Should also have a variety on the alcarte menu
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The beach with private access. The views are outstanding from the beach and pool. The pool is a good size for actual lengths or just a dip. It's a beautiful spot. Spa services available although I didn't use them.
Cons: The kettle. Food was ok, not great and expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location great. Very friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great experience. the location and ambiance. Beautiful sights of the ocean and very nice pool. The food is nice and the private beach as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Special thanks go out to the staff and management of this resort. This team goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay, and access to facilities, is unhindered. They also take cleanliness, safety and time management seriously. The water sport facilities (provided by 3 degrees south) and the diving instructors from the Buccaneers are truly excellent. This is now my favorite camping spot in Kilifi, and I'll be returning frequently.
Cons: One key gripe: The WiFi, It could be better. Not just the lackluster performance, but its' security. They have a captive portal powered by a Microtik instance for user authentication, on an open and insecure wireless network in 2019. This needs to change. Road warriors who need secure remote computing: Avoid using this wireless network.

Cons: Difficult to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very nice stay at Maison Müge during New Years in Kilifi. Our room Flamingo was very pleasant and newly built. Pool area is very nice and green. Very good food too. In general, well organised and I could definitely recommend this place!
Cons: Food was very good but if you don't give 24h notice, the food will take some time to prepare (always more than 1 hours waiting for lunch). One disadvantage is that that you have to pay extra for air conditioning, should be included. Other than that, good place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, very helpful and accommodating people in a great location. Delicious breakfast, great bread and lively decor!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ambience and serenity
Cons: No ready made food and food variety

7.5 Good
Pros: Location, friendly staff and fresh food
Cons: Better mosquito nets and generator connection to all facilities
5.5 Okay
Pros: Chef John, this guy knows his job and will go out of his way to make your meals as you want them. I have a complex diet and rarely enjoy meals in hotels but this guy made me enjoy hotel food and also salvaged a situation that was almost going bad..
Cons: Besides chef John, the other chef messed with my food, no apologies and no offer to salvage the situation. Promises of things not available in the facility, almost had an issue with my bill, customer care could improve
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very kind and friendly.
Cons: I wish it was a beach front hotel, but the pool was great and the staff were kind enough to accompany me to the nearby beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast and amazing location. Totally worth it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful location, set in the trees. Staff were very friendly. Good charging facilities even by tents and pool looked nice even though we didn’t use.
Cons: Toilets didn’t always have toilet roll and no shower curtain/door. Tent was a bit leaky in the rain (would have been ideal had it been sunny, we were just unlucky).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised on the arrival by the upgrade to an apartment, which had airconditioning.
Cons: The restaurant staff was very friendly, but the menu for half-board didn't have all the items listed, and the fish portion on the first day was extremely small.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Surrounded by nature. Monkeys. Place totally Beautiful. Paul and his team where really nice during all my stay. The food was really good too. The beach is really close to the hotel (I recommend to go in the morning)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For those wanting to skip the mega $$$ resort circus, this facility, rustic in its features, met my travel needs & expectations. Food was prepared well for being out of the main flow of the town. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
Cons: TIA (This Is Africa), anticipation for the unexpected life of power failure, washed out streets, ongoing repairs & updates, are present & anticipated for a small, private business venture. I’m more inclined to appreciate these slight inconveniences as a welcoming experience, than having everything for that “dream” vacation spot.

Cons: No phones at the rooms and pure picture quality on the TV.
7.5 Good
Pros: Swimming pool is absolutely great. 1/2 hour of free massage per day was a nice surprise. And the lady does it very well. Buffet was not as big/diverse as I had expected, but everything was delicious, so every meal was very good. Staff at the facility is super nice and helpful. Rooms are cozy, clean and comfy.
Cons: Communication prior to arrival in order to manage the booking was very difficult (wrote three times and never got a reply. Called and they didn't answer). Internet is poor. Quality of shampoo/soap provided is poor. Bring your own.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: They moved us to Room 63 the following morning when we reported a faulty shower in Room 61. Gave us hot lemon water for free. Escorted us to the room with an umbrella when it was raining. Allowed us to check out late (1p.m). Clean rooms and swimming pool.
Cons: Breakfast menu could have included a bit more variety
6.8 Good
Pros: A great pizzas plus seafood jumbo prawns were my highlight
Cons: No tea coffee facilities in the room ,we had to request for a fridge,TV is outdated as could only access 2 channels, when the restaurant is closed on Tuesday it’s difficult to choose a menu of your choice, prawn cocktail was the worst l ever came across so hopefully they will look into it ,the owners were not very friendly even though we were the only guests for few nights ,Should invest in welcome drinks and leaving gifts for those who stay for a long time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This place is really a value for money. Nice rooms, clean, WiFi was perfect in the room (room 53). We ate dinner by the pool with really kind staff. Food was okay for the price. We used the place for a stopover, going north. Very close to the Mombasa-Watamu road.
Cons: Morning staff could be more flexible. Breakfast being ordered evening before which is okay. In the morning we wanted to change a cappuccino to black coffee but unfortunately couldn't it be arranged. First World problem though.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Staff were too relaxed, food wasn’t coming on time
