Pros (+) Great beach location; nice amenities; clean, organized, and well maintained; a number of close local sites and activities; and good seafood restaurants in the area.
Cons (-) All of the facility units that do not face the beach have two of three windows that open to a common outdoor side walk or porch. First floor beach front units face the dunes rather than an ocean view. Locally, many sites shut down completely if there's any rain at all, even a shower, it seems. Limits entertainment.
