Room size adequate, breakfast & dinner were good. Good night's sleep.
The windows from our room were dirty making a poor view of what could have been quite good
Room was very comfy, great breakfast & value for money. Perfect location for us we were close to Hampton Court for walking.
This is not the Hotels fault but it doesn’t reflect well for them. Only down side was their preferred taxi provider. Hotel booked the Taxi for 9:00 am but by 9:10 am it hadn’t arrived, went back to Reception who called taxi co. who denied the booking had been placed & advised they had no taxi spare, reception ended up with their 3rd choice provider who sent taxi, it arrived within 10 mins, the driver was excellent & we arrived at destination on time, maybe they should consider using them as their primary provider.
Staff were very obliging, happy to answer questions and offer advice about the local area
Breakfast could have been a little hotter
Great value for money. Excellent location, friendly staff and a nice clean comfortable room.
The area the staff and the cleanliness
Kingston upon Thames is a charming riverside suburb just 25 minutes from central London by train, complete with quaint, leafy streets and a rather regal atmosphere. Our smart Kingston upon Thames hotel is in the centre of town, just a 5 minute walk from Kingston train station. Sample local culture at one of the bustling markets nearby, or wander a few minutes over to Old London Road to see the iconic Falling Over Telephone Boxes art installation. If greenery and stunning vistas are your thing, head to nearby Richmond Park or the world-renowned Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew for the day, before returning for a tasty meal in our on-site restaurant. You'll feel right at home on one of our new generation bedrooms, featuring an impressive 40andquot; flat screen tv, bright, modern, bathroom with a large shower head, and brand new, slumber inducing, king-size Hypnos bed.
