Pros: It is in a quaint seaside town, close to EDI airport. Many rooms have nice views of the Firth of Forth and the bridges.Nice bars and restaurants on the ground level.Friendly staff.
Cons: Minor issues--There is only public parking on the street and in nearby lots. There is no lift, so bags must be hand carried to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The hotel is a refreshing cocktail of contemporary metropolitan chic a choice of bar areas, a stylish dining restaurant, and a dedicated fully adaptable events space while the seventeen boutique bedrooms and three levels of outside decking make the very most of the unique water s edge setting in the heart of an historic village.
Pros: Rooms are fresh, well equipped and appear to have been recently refurbished. Staff is excellent.
Cons: Wi-fi is free but extremely slow ... almost too slow to bother to try and use.
clean, comfortable bed, quiet, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff, convenient location for us (golfers)
Pros: Number 1 thing we liked: The staff. They were consistently helpful, friendly, and really went out of their way to make sure our stay was good.
Cons: no, everything went well. only good memories
Hotel was fine, pretty much what you expect when you book a Holiday in Express. Staff was nice, parking was convenient, nice bar/restaurant next door. I was there to visit St. Andrews and it was convenient for that, but a bit far away, about 35 minutes by car by the time you got through all the little towns in the area. Just a beautiful part of the UK though. No regrets about this hotel, but it isn't the ritz.
Pros: Nice Staff, Plenty of parking, nice bar next door that serves food til 10pm.
Cons: I find the Holiday in Express breakfast in the UK to be underwhelming.
