The reason I stayed was front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. THE ONLY TWO TEAM I WILL GIVE 5 STARTS. The mattress was very, very comfortable.
1. Check in time was to late. 2. My original room wasn't available. 3. AC in the room wasn't working. 4. Cleaniness from the out side building wasn't there.
Really bad bedsheets!
$30 per night for a motel in Orlando
I gave this place a decent review last year when I stayed here two days because it is the cheapest motel in Orlando (per Kayak search) and better than the posted reviews would lead you to think. This year, however, the fitted bed-sheets on both of the double beds in room 111 were so stained I could not sleep on them, disgusting, you can guess where the stains were located. I arrived late at night and no housekeeping was available. I assume they had been laundered, but come on, use some bleach and if that is not enough, burn them! I slept on the top sheet.
The room was not clean, the toilet wasn't good, the room smell at cigarette and the gues next door were smoking, horrible hotel not recommended
The beds we comfortable, brand new flat tv,staff were top friendly and helpful. I felt like I was home. With the free continental hot breakfast, it was a good way to start your day : hot waffles , hot eggs , hot coffee , toast bread , different kind of cakes: chocolate, nuts ,fruit, strawberry and cheese cake... Damn for just 27.50 $ I bet you won't find that anywhere
Little bit old for the carpet . But overall, very cheap!
This place is just one step up from sleeping under
The bathroom door folded in half when it was opened. I wish that was a joke. But it isn't. I appeared that the two sides of the bathroom door were not in agreement on opening. The place smelled of mold. The staff was useless. And the roaches were huge!
Does the lady lied to me and told me we can get my deposit back and we didn't until later that night she told me you could get it before 9:30 if you get there and we did and she said you can't get it till after 9:30 after telling me you could
Don't expect much
Cheap and great location
Musty smell, light over sink didn't work, reported light problem on first day and it didn't get fixed before I left (2 more days), one day maids to my dirty towels but didn't leave me ones, tried to call desk for towels but the phone didn't work, room and buildings are very run down, towels and blankets are what I imagine the army would give you in boot camp.
our room smelled of marajuana really bad. The hotel was obviously aware as they put a car air freshener on the heater unit. Aunts in our bed. No blankets....only sheets.
Location good value it met expectations
Not clean..smell bad..
Free shuttles, breakfast. It had a small fridge and microwave. People were nice, there were no sounds at nice. Can't ask for anything else after spending $30 a night.
For the price it was perfect. I can't ask for anything else.
Not worth the bedbugs
Location was great as it's conveniently close to the parks (DW, Universal, Sea World). Definitely under a 20 minute drive.
Would not return or recommend solely for the presence of BEDBUGS. What I thought started out as simple mosquito bites ended up inflamed and puffy (felt itchy and burning sensation), and spread from my wrist to lower part of my left arm, as well as on my right leg. I had never experienced such a skin reaction, and when I contacted my dermatologist to narrow down what it could be I was told it was most likely a reaction to bedbug bites (which was confirmed when I went to see my dermatologist, four days after my initial reaction). We had made a reservation for a room with two beds for four nights, but after the second night when I got my reaction, the manager (Dee) told me not much could be done in regards to a refund since we had booked through a travel site (Kayak / Priceline). The least they did was to move us to one of their king-bed rooms for the remaining two nights. We were told it was a slim chance it could be bedbugs, but then we were told that they had a bedbug incident about a month ago (which they "took care of"), and that bedbugs can occur 'anywhere'. Though the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us as best they could, bedbugs are just not acceptable. Definitely not a "get what you pay for" situation; for bedbugs your stay should be FREE (but really who wants to deal with the little critters).
