Reception exceptionally good.Check in and check out were very efficient.Reception staff friendly and happy to help. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Restaurant breakfast could be improved. Selection was good, however, hot food was just luke warm. Some foods dried out. Staff in restaurant were not welcoming.

Very clean & comfortable. The staff where very helpful and had no problem overcoming language barriers. They also helped us book tourist attractions and made the calls and bookings on our behalf.
Probably better to be located in Kraków’s Old Town as a tourist, however, it’s only about. 30 min walk or 10 mins by car.

Comfortable, good facilities, close to the old town and kazimierz district. Nice and modern rooms!!!the breakfast has been ok but not excellent.
The most impolite receptionist (he) I have ever met, he was on duty during our last morning in the hotel (1st of January 2020).!!! he may had other issue but he should have been more customer oriented!!!
