Hotel located at nice bay, quite place, good to recover, staff is friendly, recommended to reserve place at beach with towel before breakfast, otherwise difficult to get place, food was good, choice and taste fine I find hotels slightly to expensive, but compared to other hotels at Krk it seems good value for money
The staff is very friendly I make reservation for superior room with sea view, but at the reception say all superior room is full and give one normal room without s.v, with 10% discount.
The view is great, good and various food.
Nice hotel, clean, beautiful location, nice and friendly staff, Everything was fine!
everything, where is was situated, the food, friendly staff who spoke good English, clean, comfortable, relaxed atmoshere bedroom was not over big but still adaquate
Good location for town of Krk. Staff very friendly with good service.
pleasant place, good food and good price nothing
good management, good and healthy choice of food
enviroment, food, relaxing silence dinner to early, only until 20 pm
Excellent front of house service; the pool area is well designed but I imagine a little cramped when the hotel is full. However the sea is only 2mins away with access to sand under foot and shallow enough for kids. The evening buffet is extensive and of excellent quality, and represents tremendous value. Very popular with Germans so it's towels out at dawn. Bathrooms are a little cramped. 20 minute walk into Krk town itself.
check out moment wrong direction - hard to find , huge price , noisy room , microwave cook
Very clean. Private atmosphere, but still very close to the old city center (10 min by foot). Located nearly on the beach. We were in the attic room and sometimes we missed air conditioning ... still very nice hotel!!
Neutral, just another hotel. Good location at the beach. For the price, I would have expected a better breakfast
I changed the room to the suite with sea view before we arrived and glad with what I had. The hotel has character and is in a good location for snorkelling/swimming looking out to sea. It's right on the front. It's a nice walk along the promenade into Old Krk. The location is relaxing and friendly, helpful staff.. The hotel next door had an outdoor family disco till 10 each night I was there, but actually, this wasn't too bad as we could take it or leave it. I was glad to be at Bor. Parking was a bit tricky, but for a refundable fee we could use the othe hotel car park. No a/c but adequate fans and I asked for another one, and got one.
Nice service, excelent breakfast and tennis court!
Excellent varied choice for breakfast.Very nice quiet location.
the room, some surroundings, the restaurant (although it is a little expensive) no direct access to town or beaches near by. a poor internet connection (not as advertised)
The woman working at the reception was very friendly, patient, helpful and full of knowledge about Croatia and the island Krk! At the restaurant I wanted to have a clean table. I had to ask this a few times before it actually happened. Besides that we had asked for an ashtray a few times which we didn't receive. Eventually we took one ourselves which wasn't a big of a problem, but was still a bit unnecessary. I think this was to blame because of minor communication 'problems'.
Setting, helpful staff, well appointed rooms The hotel would benfit from having a swimming pool
Booking hotel Kanajt, we did not know the hotel and its staff were going to be this awesome. Everybody from the maid to the reception lady were extremely friendly and cooperative, the food in the adjacent restaurant was fabolous and room was top notch. Whenever we are on island Krk, we will surely book this hotel again.
very nice exclusive hotel quiet and clean, extremely polite and helpful staff a pool would have been very nice the beaches in the region are small, stony and hard to reach the hotel is ideal for yachting lovers
Very nice hotel. Clean and full comfort. Nice staff and a very good restaurant. Far from beach. Parking is outside and only in the sun.
beautiful location, very good food, friendly staff
Location, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms and when its so hot... airconditioning
Excellent building materials all over this hotel such as windows doors, furniture, klima, electrical installation. Diners were very good(halfboard). Personal was very friendly. I was pleased to be there, the bed was very good and a silent neigbourhood with a nice seaview. This is valid for our appartement on the second floor, The first floor appartement has a not so good seaview, but a bigger terras about 5 or 6 square meters, ours had just an about 3 sq. metres balcony and a second balcony on the street site wich we did not use. I think you should mention this in your description. Safe you had to pay for, not so much 50 kuna,s, but you can mention this in your description . No coffee machine in kitchen, no microwave, as mentioned in your site. So kitchenfacilities were poor. When I complained we were told a coffeemaker and microwave could be given but we had to pay extra for it, ironing facilities not availble in appartment, but offered free of charge by the receptionist who was very friendly .We expected a big terras, but it was a small balcony, other impression then given in the photos on your site, were only probally the big terrasses from the 3e floor big appartement are showed. So I expected more then I got and for the price we payed it should have been complete with big terras and modern kitchenfacilities.
It was a great pleasure to stay in Grand Hotel Dramalj. Its location near the sea is pleasant, it has a good restaurant and the comfortable room was of outstanding quality. The questions we asked at the reception desk were adequately dealt with.
Spacious, comfortable villa apartment, beautiful view Challenging to find
Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Staff is frendly, beautiful seaview.
No WiFi in the rooms!!!!
Very nice people at reception, in restaurant and cleaning lady! Clean room an bath---very good. Special thanks to Drago, who´s responsible for the weather:-)
The staff were fantastic.. I stay in Croatia a lot and sometimes the staff in hotels are a little unfriendly. But the receptionist upon check-in and the staff in the dining room were fantastic. We stayed out until 4am on one evening and when we rocked up at 1145 the next morning, the receptionist still made sure we got breakfast and the breakfast staff brought us lots of juice, coffee and pastries. I was very impressed. A/C system was a little poor... it didnt push very cool air so it was a little warm at night.
During my stay at the Grand Hotel Dramalj I really like professional and helpful hotel staff.
nice area, sand beach in crikvenica is about 25min walk. no elevator available in one house. In the other house the elevator is not going down to the garage, you have to walk first up one floor and travel down with the elevator. The doors of the rooms are not sound proof. The staff was rather noisy during times when there was not so much ongoing in the hotel (afternoon).
We loved the location and the facilities, mainly the restaurant and breakfast room, as well as the room, very big and confortable
We enjoed of each day of our staying at the Falkensteiner Hotel Therapia.
We had a great time there and we always return with pleasure. I recommend this hotel for vacations in Croatia
The stunning view from the room and pool. Towel rental for use at the outdoor pool.
Beautiful building , location and facilities Loud music until midnight - complained but it must be a Croatian thing !!
It was extremely relaxed, efficiently run and spotlessly clean hotel. Idyllic location and very helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and I'm sure I'll revisit. The only thing that I didn't like was the leisure staff; I thought they were terribly ineffective and a waste of space for a hotel of this calibre.
Location and friendly staff. In apartment there is no second bed, king side bed is too soft and very uncomfortable, air conditioning not working properly, no buffet breakfast last day of stay, price very high for delivered.
the facilities, the location, the exceptionnal see view staff is rarely friendly and rarely professional
Room size and room facilities A bit dated for the price paid.
proximity to the sea and elegance
Hotel was elegant. Food was very good. Room was a bit faded.
The room was really nice and clean and more spacious then I expected and the hotel is really just a few meters away from the beach.
Great sea view. The room was clean and nice. The double bed actually contains two single beds. A car is a must because the hotel is isolated. The indoor pool is useless: you can't swim because is verry small, you can't relax in it, because the water is pretty cold.
Everything !! we fell in love with the hotel in general and our room in particular..... And hated to leave it.
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vali. Good location - room very comfortable and clean - balcony with seaview. Restaurant with ocean view - very pleasant. Friendly staff.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Apart from the usual and expected service, they also provided excellent recommendations for local dining experiences.
Guest friendly, close the sea
Excellent Location, Hotel, and Service. We spent 9 days at this Hotel and had a wonderful time. The Owner and staff were multi-lingual and very helpful and pleasant. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, Free parking, The room was spacious enough for both of us and our Dog was accepted without any hassle whatsoever, Highly recommend to others and we will be going back next year. None
Very nice small hotel located on the beach. Has a very small nice pool
everything: very nice dinner - compliments to the chef!, excellent sea-view, extraordinary massage...
The view of the sea from the balcony was breathtaking. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. I stayed there in spring when actually the sea was too cold for bathing, but I did notice that they had (I believe six) hydro-bicycles with slides.
Rooms are very big. We stayed in a room on sea side, where we expected more peace and quite. But we were very disapointed when very early in the morning the hotel staff was transporting (probably laundry) in front of the hotel. It was very noisy as we expected we bought peaceful side (paying more for the room on the sea side).
The location is great, right on the beach! Good value for location and time of year. Decent room for the price. We were in the older building. There were ants in our room. Also saw an ant on my table at breakfast. Breakfast was a disappointment. Hotel felt more like a dorm due to all the noise in the hallways that we could hear. No internet in rooms and internet available in lobby (two computers) was overpriced and not working.
position and nature allaround. good italian speaking. the doors and the windows are a litle bit "vintage"
Fair price, clean and big room, good position near to sea PARKING ! - absolutely horrible! ,
Big room, big shower, close to the promanade and to the airport, large selection of TV channels Elevator, parking problem (when I asked the front desk where can I park the car they told me "you can park wherever it is allowed to park...), breakfast was crowded
Very old hotel, not comfortable; very expensive for the offered services, very bad breakfast, awful decoration (Sovietic Union style)
Location near the sea Most of the things. For instance, we payed a couple of euros for seaview which we didn't get - they sait: we call the side turned towards the sea, a seaview?!?!?? The look of the hotel and personel is like we went 30years back when Tito was still in charge. The personel acts like you are there for them not the other way around (not even a hallo when we got in?!?) We are really not demanding guests but this was a real disapointment...
The room was nice and clean and comfortable. It was really hard to find a place to park the car. The area directly around the hotel was very touristic.
everyone was very nice
Value for the money was good. Clean and big rooms, beach is near, ok.
super room, sat tv, air con, quiete, super view, helpful staff on arrival an indication to the reception area by car would save many heart attacks in not having to climb six flights of stairs
Hotel is placed on east of Crikvenica 8rather far from downtown) but in middle of pine forest and above the sea. For price of a room we got a suite. View (seaside) is perfect. Really difficult to find.
Friendly staff -always very helpful. location of hotel with many bars and restaurants - all local - no Brit bars or fast food - wonderful
Small rooms, no aircondition
the rooms are tiny and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. we did not stay in the main building and nobody told us that beforehand. if the room we got was really the "comfort room" we had booked, then the regular rooms must be very basic indeed. we also had to pay for use of the gym although this was advertised as being inclusive.
Good room, good restaurant and food, helpful staff, friendly atmosphere There is a cafe under the windows and it is noisy till 1-2 am.
No frigider no airconditioning
great location, friendly staff and nice buffet for meals buffet was great but don't be late! everything is gone a half hour after the doors open due to large groups staying at this hotel!
the location & amenities outside the hotel the room, not as shown, did not cater for english speaking guests
Our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel Punat was very enjoyable. The hotel is silent, cleanly and very good enviroment. Safe is a good idea. Our rooms were without balcony. (It was my mistake at the booking). I think one chair is not enough. two chairs should be in the room. Fridge necessary!
The location is rather good. Not quite perfect, because the really good beach is some 20-25 minutes walk from the hotel. The meals are rather good. Again not perfect, though. There were no flees and only a few mosquitoes. Almost the whole staff is very friendly. No airconditioning. This is very bad. Also our two rooms didn't have balconies and the rooms are quite small. They promise the little train as a lift to the beach, but it commutes rarely and is rather expensive.
The hotel is perfectly located. It is about a one minute walk to the main Punat bus stop with buses to all other locations on the island. Although it is only a minute's walk from the sea front it is relatively quiet. There do tend to be regular evening events at the front of the hotel such as singing or local cultural events such as traditional dancing. These did not go on excessively late and the room has good double glazing so noise wasnt really a problem. The breakfast had a very large selection of food and was good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful (although something to note is that the staff we encountered spoke little or no English so a Croatian or German phrasebook might come in handy!) The air conditioning did not work and I was informed by staff that it would not be working that year. Despite that the room was not too hot despite the weather being hot and it being August so it wasnt a major issue.
Bathroom was correct in size and equipments as well. Restaurant is very crowdy, no air condition, no minibar, the beach has no sand, no grass, but concret
