The location of the hotel is great. Close to KLCC, KLCC Convention Center and the covered pedestrian bridge. Easy to get to Pavilion and various part of KL. The interior is outdated. You can see wire hanging everywhere under the TV, in the closet. I understand that the management maybe wanted to maintain the affordable rates but something need to be done here. The bedsheet, pillow smelt as if they haven't been wash for months. And the one thing that disspoint me much is the room making/room keeping. I understand during this Covid19 they are short of manpower. But I have informed them to make up my room as soon as possible (whenever they are available). To my suprise, when I can back close to 4pm the room is not ready. Actually this also happened before in other hotels (during this Covid). I am not sure if it's a new hotel (nationwide) policy or something that I am not aware of. Morning breakfast is another thing. Most of the hotels nowadays will ask you for a slot reservation. But not this Impiana KLCC Hotel. Imagine you have a 50meter queue to wait for your morning sip of coffee and fresh croissant. I can't image how long those people have to wait in their line. Not wanting to wait in the crazy line, I opted to have my breakfast outside. There goes my RM25 (RM50, including my spouse) breakfast voucher. A lot to improve, please. It is sad to see this hotel has gone pass it's glory days. Please do something!

Pros. The hotel is walking distance to the Petronas twin tower, shopping center and train station. The infinity pool water is cold but the partial view to the twin towers made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons. The taxi from the hotel is a bit expensive. Also, the room is outdated and the shower head sucks for a 4 stars hotel.
Pros. Great breakfast and staff that work there are very accommodating. Some good doormen who happily open the door for you (also at the 3rd floor bridge door). Superb location. Responsive cleaning crew. I would gladly return as I have pleasant memories here.
Cons. Horrendous Air Conditioning that is mild at best. It takes the heat away somewhat, but not cold enough to sleep with the blankets on. I have noticed this in my 4 different stays on Superior, Deluxe as well as Club Premier rooms. Such a let down for a 4+ Star rated hotel that is striving to be more. Decent Wifi Speeds (4Mb/s). Some doormen open the door for you; while others just watch you walk in and stand there looking at their phones or busy talking to someone else. Inconsistent hospitality (only) at the door is another major let down at this location. Plumbing issues on 2 of my stays thus far, but quickly taken care of.
