Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's strategic location near KL Sentral, making it convenient for transport and access to local attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including stained sheets, dirty bathrooms, and musty odors. Service is another major concern, with several guests reporting unhelpful or unresponsive staff and problems with room allocation. Room sizes are frequently described as small or cramped, and some guests felt misled by room descriptions or photos. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, cleanliness, service, and room size need improvement.
