the breakfast and the location
The staff were very helpful
the rooms have poor airconditioning
Language of staff. They do not understand English properly.
Arrived to find trainee staff booking us into rooms which were totally poor in quality compared to what was advertised on website. Made to wait for over an hour before the hotel manager arrived and was offered only one room booked as promised (for a group of 6). A group had to stay in substandard room. The room had begbugs too. Will not be recommending to others.
None at all. I don't think that I will stay at that hotel again
The hotel room are small. No bar fridge and the staff are not well train.
Friendly staff, clean good location, nice breakfast.
It's very convenient to go anywhere
The hotel staff is friend and willing to help.
The location. it is difficult to locate the hotel for those who drive.
Close to KL's excellent railway network. Located in a vibrant area that is of interest to tourists.
Their restaurant advertisers and charges for 'mineral water' but serves opened bottles of what is probably tap water. My room had no window or natural light.
Although I had booked a Deluxe Room with a Queen size bed, we only got two single beds and we had to manage somehow for 3 nights with two single beds
