Great location and value for stay
The location was absolutely the best, if you can work with the mad traffic that is.
- The long wait times at the check-in counter in the SPG gold/platinum members section. There were only 2 staff dedicated to helping the SPG Gold Platinum members, which was a line of atleast 10 ppl on the day. I was obviously frustrated by this service and the frustration was evident on every customer's face. - The A/C in the room was below par. Even after requesting the hotel to have it checked out, nothing changed in the cooling. In the blistering humidity of KL, a below par A/C is a sleeper's worst nightmare.
Was able to walk to 75% of the things I wanted to do in KL. Having a nice shopping mall with good dining options around was a big plus!
