The service was amazing, the staff helped us with tips around the city. It was the best hotel we stayed in Japan, so much space, comfortable, modern and clean. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic location, it was close to the main downtown area and near the old historical town. Thank you everything!
It was perfect
It's a cool new hotel with great state-of-the-art fixtures and furnishings. The room was surprisingly spacious (for Japan). Staff were very helpful, and location was really great.
Breakfast wasn't a great value. Big space in the restaurant, but small selection on the buffet, and the staff couldn't keep up. Omelet chef worked solo for dozens of guests at a time. If you have the option of paying for breakfast, turn it down, and go out to any of the dozens of nearby restaurants instead.
