Cons: It was Perfect, nothing to improve!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location away from the hustle and bustle of a larger city. Hospitality from the staff from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to book for fabulous place!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel calls itself Agroturismo. Fortunately it does look old, but it is a modern built house. The comfort is excellent, the hosts are great and caring. Very friendly. The whole village is reformed for second homes and vacationeers. prices in the village are as. I would stay there again.
Cons: Only a very minor draw back: The beach needs a lift by car. The walk would be half an hour at least. It does have sea view, but as it is frequently encountered in that area the beach is 1,5 km away. Yes it's seaview over green pastures. There is a local street in front which serves as a "highway" for all cars leaving the village. It's quiet during night time.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish property - beautifully decorated and with lovely fresh flowers. Excellent breakfast with typical regional products and homemade cakes. Longish but pleasant walk to the appealing fishing port.
Cons: Reading lights weren't quite bright enough.

Pros: Hotel within 5 minutes walk to centre of quaint fishing village, lovely staff, very convenient car parking

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel, very clean, breakfast exceptional (a lot of it homemade). The attention to detail throughout the hotel was very good. All the staff were outstanding, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We travelled there by motorbike and were even given a suggested route to our next accommodation, which was one of the best biking roads we have been on! Overall I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. We definitely be back.
Cons: There was nothing negative at all.

Pros: Beautiful room and view , just minutes off the Camino.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely small hotel incredible value for money. The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble to provide such a high standard of both rooms and breakfast and a lovely little garden, obviously they really care abut their hotel and their guests. The value for money for what was on offer was amazing. We booked a hotel in this area as we intended to visit the nearby Celtic village unfortunately it's closed on Mon/Tues and there didn't seem to by anything else much in the area, the village is just a few buildings along a main road and countryside not great so location for us not brilliant but everything else was. Had dinner at the bar in the village simple pub type food but very good, very cheap and very large portions, lovely friendly waitress.
Cons: For us not a great location.

Pros: We loved everything and only wish we lived closer so we could enjoy this delightful hotel more often. The proprietor, Daniel, was fantastic! Loved the location so close to a secluded beach, the peaceful view of lambs on the distant field, the attention to environmental conditions, the organic food from the garden, and wonderful meals.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are immaculate, everything is new and modern. We had the room with the terraza and it was totally worth it. The terraza is huge, comfortable, and allows you to enjoy the peace of this place. Breakfast was good, and included homemade jams and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you like peace and quiet, this place is a lovely refuge--there are sheep in the yard, birds singing, and you can here the ocean lapping at the rocks (can't see the sea from the property, but are only about 150 steps from a very small little pebble beach), yet only a 5 minute drive from the very charming fishing town of Luarca. We have stayed at about a dozen hotels along the northern Spanish coast, and this is one of the few of them I would go out of my way to stay at again. I have high expectations, and this property met them all.
Cons: The only thing that I would offer a suggestion on is more outlets in the room. There was just one under the desk, which meant we had to take turns charging our phones, and almost forgot the charger hidden down there. When we were checking out, I was double - checking we had everything and found another outlet in the closet - - a simple extension cord would make that usable and convenient to use next to the bed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful welcome from the owner who speaks English, French and German. Extremely helpful. Very well located and great breakfast.

Pros: Carmen was amazing! She checked us in, prepared our breakfast, gave us tips about touring and restaurants, washed our clothes and cleaned our room (which was spotless). You MUST stay here! What more could one ask for at this price?!
Cons: The location is not perfect as it is on a rather dingy street but all distances are short in Luarca!

Pros: Great breakfast and superb location
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, great location, very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A true gem!
Cons: Nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very well maintained hotel... in fact I suspect most of the décor is new. It had a nice ambience and my mate really liked the hotel. An "English" styled breakfast of egg and bacon can't be all bad :-)
Cons: I was on the first floor at the front and the street was a bit busy at night and the builders started work at 8. I know this is an OK time but it was noisy and dusty so I had to keep the window closed. My mate was on the 3rd floor at the back and hence, had no such issues.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean and had a good bed and bathroom. It was handy for the centre of town and the railway station. Staff at breakfast were friendly
Cons: Lack of plugs ( seems common though in North Spain) there was no plug handy for the kettle which had been left out and had to take minibar fridge out temporarily to use it. Had a window at adjoining bathroom but none except velux out of bedroom which I would have liked
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern and comfortable room. Loved it.
Cons: It is a little removed from the beach and restaurants but only a 10 minute walk away
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, good location.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet and we managed to really rest well. It felt homey and the room where we stayed was spacious and clean.

Pros: The spa was very agreeable after a days walking. Food was great too.
7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely spacious and quiet rooms. Well located on Camino route.
Cons: Restaurant didn’t open until 9pm and even cafe had no food until 8.30. Although later opening for restaurants is normal in Spain on this occasion for a hotel of this apparent standard and price to do similar feels poor. Overall did not feel good value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in staff spoke English and very helpful. Restaurant fixed menu, recommended by waiter and was excellent. Good choice of wine by waiter again could not fault the service. Really enjoyed the stay and biker friendly. Car park really safe for motor bike parking.
5.4 Okay
Cons: We booked as wanted a pool. We paid more than we wanted. When we arrived the pool was out of use as refurbing. We should have been told before paying for a spa hotel with no pool. Can we get a partial refund pls?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable hotel with high spec furnishings and facilities, spacious rooms and pleasant balconies. Excellent food in the cafe downstairs.
Cons: In the middle of nowhere, but a comfortable stopping point on the Camino... though probably better to head into Navia itself. The spa facilities are not open without prior booking.

Pros: Super clean, spacious & staff were very helpful & friendly

7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful house and garden. As we arrived early, the hosts were kind enough to let us park our car while we explored Luarca.
Cons: Wi-Fi didn't seem to work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Full of character plus swimming pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A really exceptional find.
Cons: Didn't dislike any aspect of the visit..
7.5 Good
Pros: the house, the rooms and the setting are obviously unbeatable!
Cons: the house, the rooms and the setting are obviously unbeatable - however, it's a pity that is run as if it was a youth hostel: broken and leaky shower, that makes it impossible to shower without inundating the bathroom, low-quality bathroom products, the deluge of plastic bottles which everybody nowadays hopes to have left behind us and worse: the breakfast consists essentially of low-quality butter and jam in plastic confections and the cheapest cheese and pressed (!) ham on the market. plus: not only does the staff not ask if clients want a second cup of coffee, but guests have to actually go and search for staff to get coffee or tea and staff gives the feeling of being bothered by the requests.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful garden, very good view.
7.5 Good
Pros: The Villa is very nice and the garden is fantastic with those old trees. The staff is very welcomed and helpful. We had a very spacious room, very clean. The breakfast was good.
Cons: For this kind of hotel, the bathroom fittings (tap, shower, etc.) should be better quality. And for breakfast to have different products on the daily plate maybe proposing eggs or fruits...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building within a lovely park. Lots of space to relax in and outside. Rooms and bathroom are big and decorated with great taste. Very quiet, sleeping with an open window is no problem. Good breakfast with fruit, ham and cheese. The staff is very helpful and has plenty of ideas for sightseeing, restaurants etc.
Cons: A bit off the center. About 20min walk.
7.5 Good
Pros: Charming mansion, private parking at hotel, authentic furniture, large windows, so lots of daylight. It would have been a nice stopover (2nights) if it wasn’t for the breakfast.
Cons: Breakfast: we were a bit disappointed as there was no small buffet breakfast, but the real disappointment came with the quality offered. The region Asturias has great quality products (cheese, ham, sausage, bread .. ) but what was offered was almost tasteless. A real pity. As in the past we are making a round trip with several stops. This year in Asturias & Galicia, but we were rarely offered such a low quality breakfast.

Pros: We loved the hotel facilities, staff and especially our room (apartment) because we were 4 adults traveling together and this was very comfortable for us. It had a kitchen and a very convinient supermarket in front of the hotel so we could shop and cook upstairs. The hotel is located in the center of the city and very convinient for long walks to dine out and shop.

2.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Not enough parking, room smellled terrible, no airconditing, room needs an extreme update, bed was to small etc. Never ever again. Worst experience during our stay in Spain.
6.8 Good
Pros: Big and comfortable rooms in a nice and cosy Asturian village.
Cons: The staff did not know what exactly to charge us! (we booked only for the acommodation).
4.4 Okay
Pros: Convenient compared to alternatives in the region.
Cons: Even though we asked for a non smoking room, got a room with a great smell black tobacco - laws for smoking in public spaces should be revised. The room had sofa in terrible condition – old and non clean at all – it should be changed

Pros: Delightful quirky and spotless B&B , very accessible country location and in a lovely spot. Good Spanish breakfast. Very reasonable. Perfect for overnight, would be fine for longer.
Cons: We expected a bar and a restaurant as advertised - neither! But got over it, with 2 cafe/ bars and a good restaurant a short walk away; doubtless others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice and very clean. I liked that there were two comfortable chairs and a small table in the room. Also, small fridge with two bottles of complimentary water and some sweets. Staff very kind. We got there very early and we were able to check in early.
Cons: Nothing.
5.4 Okay
Pros: This is more a guest house than a hotel. Although the host was very nice, but he didn't speak a word of English. Pension located in a small village.
Cons: The rooms lacked a set of cosmetics and a tea kettle, and the window blind was stained and dirty. In the dining room there was a kitchenette, it would be nice if people traveling with children could prepare dinner there.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location.

Pros: Amazing location next to harbor in this beautiful fishing town. Room was comfortable and charming. Staff was very helpful. Loved the classic bread and coffee breakfast in adjoining cafe/bar. Our boys loved the nighttime cider action in same cafe at night. This was a fabulous stop on our car trip through the beautiful north country of Spain. Don’t miss the elevator to the right of the steps for ease of luggage handling.
7.5 Good
Pros: Place, cleaniness
Cons: Receptionist seemed to be in a hurry. Only basic breakfast. Very small TV.

Pros: Great location. Safe parking for our motorbikes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was much more spacious expected from the details when we booked It was clean, modern warm and the beds were extremely comfortable.. We asked for secure motorcycle parking and this was provided the minute we arrived - ie we did not have to ask.
Cons: The food in the restaurant was particularly disappointing. It was a little late in the evening when we arrived to eat and we felt the service was hurried. The food fell short of expectations and was cold. The starter did not seem to match the menu. The bar was quite (for hotel guest only) and they did not stock my only drink (Jack Daniels).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Interesting location off the beaten track. Very good service and excellent accommodation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is situated on the corner of a very pretty harbour. Only a few minutes walk from the bus station. Fair value for money.
Cons: Stopping on a Friday night before Hispanic Day, a public holiday on the Saturday, did make for hearing a lot of noise from a bar nearby, until a long time after midnight.
5.8 Okay
Cons: No internet in room....spotty internet in Lobby. Unacceptable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location - right by the harbour - was excellent. By far the best place to be in town.
Cons: We stayed in a room in the new part of the hotel. It was excellent, modern and clean. We had dinner in the restaurant which is in the older part of the hotel. The surroundings were a bit dated and could do with some renovation at some point. Overall, though, this was a great place to stay and very good value for money.
