The cabin crews can be more friendly and helpful with a smile, the food can be improve little bit, that will cover the tediousness during the flight. The airport can be cleaner, there are rats running around, this is really astonishing us! The whole experience for the flight is terrible !

They did not have my food even though I had ordered earlier. Choice of movies was poor and very limited
They canceled the flight and even have not send any notification about flight cancelation.

They left my checked bag in my original location even though my wife’s checked bag made it to the destination. The flight was delayed to the point that we missed our connecting flight and the automatic rebooking was for a flight way further out than was helpful for our trip. Their customer service is nearly non-existent and they don’t seem to care about when they make an egregious mistake. Avoid this airline. It’s terrible.
Didn’t like nothing food was bad delay me in all flights
The plane was 1 hour late and I missed my connection flight🥲
No food and drink was served on a three hour flight. The seats were crammed and not comfortable, my knees could reach the seat in front of me. No flight entertainment.
We spent over $1,200 to upgraded to buisness class and they didnt tell us that they separated our seats and only had economy seats together. So we downgraded in order to sit together and they wouldn't give us a refund. Then when we got to Split, Croatia they had lost our baggage and we are still waiting for them to find our luggage. Now we are scrambling to find clothes to wear and necessary items in order to live. Terrible start to our vacation
BA once again made it even worse. Crew arrived almost 1 hour late delaying the flight, food (in Business / Club) was simply horrible and our luggages were lost. It is just amazing the effort made by BA to irritate and make the life of its frequent flyers miserable ! Congrats BA !
Staff not so nice, very dirty bathrooms, things in the hallways, food was not very nice.
Tampa to Charlotte - very upset that the orig flight from Tampa to Charlotte was delayed because they couldn’t refuel properly so we missed our connection. Not at all happy about how American handled it. Very inadequate amount for meals ($12 per person for a meal???) and the guy (Kelvin) acted as though he was doing us a favor providing extra vouchers for breakfast when, in reality, he simply duplicated the dinner ones so we would be on our way - very dishonest and poor customer service. (By the way, his gum chewing and body language was very rude) We arrived our final destination more than 24 hours later. Very bad business. Charlotte to Madrid - although the flight we finally got on was 24 hours later than scheduled, the actual flight was comfortable and pleasant. The movie choices could have been better. Madrid to Sevilla - The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty!

Paid for the seats and before the flight were changed
I was told international flights are very nice however this one was not. We were so cramped in our seats that it was very uncomfortable. The attendants catered to the passengers that preordered their food and seemed 'put out' when we wanted to order something. We ordered a croissant sandwich and got a bagel sandwich. My husband ordered a coffee and never got it. We were so thirsty and had to go looking for someone to get some water. The food was horrible. The bathroom was filthy. The movie selection was not good.
They put us on budget airline Wamos for 9hr flight with no entertainment and very small seats
They did not explain at a right time for the almost 1.5 hour’s delay after landing. And I think food should be served to every passenger for 9 hours flight, not optional.
This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
