Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's beautiful location, natural surroundings, and the wide variety of amenities such as pools and comfortable rooms. Many found the staff friendly and attentive, and appreciated the unique hotel concept. However, several reviews highlighted issues with slow or poor service, long wait times for check-in and at restaurants, and insufficient staff during busy periods. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though some noted problems with bathrooms and pool areas. Breakfast and food quality received mixed feedback, with some guests dissatisfied with buffet options and wait times. Overall, the amenities and setting were the highlights, but service and food need improvement.

Great property and the new Tower 6 is an excellent addition! Staff were simply remarkable in every fashion. Extremely attentive and personable. Food was great, far exceeding expectations for an all-inclusive. Special mentions for: Vanessa on the beach at Tonati Francisco with on-site transportation Chef Carlos at Komorebi
