Excellent restaurant. Stunning views. I was not allowed use the pool facilities despite having a written confirmation that it was included in the rate. Booked for 3 nights but left after 1 following an arguement. Disgracefull treatment from what purports to be a 4 star hotel. They have no concept of how to deal with a customer! I could not suggest that anyone books this hotel.

Nature, quietful Poor maintenance

The views were wonderful. Spa facilities were advertised but it is not until arrival that you realise there is a hefty charge for daily use and it closes for two hours a day in the afternoon!

Spa, room and service were all good The restarant was very smoky on first night. The bar didn't open until; 8 pm in the evening (not at all on New Years Rve

the adress of the hotel mentioned in your booking reply was wrong. this caused us a delay of three hours on the arrival . at the hotel they said we are correct and the adress and the location are incorrect.

Ideal for a 2 adults + 2 children sky weekend. Breakfast was correct in quantity and quality... and free for children under 10! The noise from the air conditioning system that was in a room just in front of ours (end of the corridor, first floor... Low price rooms?)

The accommodation was excellent; warm, modern & clean - I like the fact that you pay per room rather than per person. The pool area & pool itself was not warm enough to use comfortably. The car park charge was a little expensive. There was no gym or decent restaurant on site. The approach road was v. icy & not properly gritted after snow

Close to the ski lifts and the price of the hotel. Heated swimming pool; Lack of a bar and sitting area in the sun. Cleaning service included just making up the beds

Close to slopes, clean, efficient check-in and room cleaned every day. Apartment was advertised as sleeps 2-4 people but not much further which gave you the impression of having 2 bedrooms, not a lounge room and a bedroom. So probably was better value accom on the mountain with breakfast included. Had to pay for access to the pool/spa even if you were a guest. Also if you have a kitchen in the apartment the very least that you would expect supplied would be a sponge and some washing up liquid....

Proximity to piste, ski school

Great location with good facilites. It has a games room, a couple of bars, a tv room, shower facilities if you have checked out but are leaving later in the day. The location was also great and the take away pizzas from the bar were the best! To be fair, the hotel is old and it needs renovated. I would say it is over priced considering the need for a refit.

Friendly staff throughout hotel.

Great for families with kids. Lots of entertainment available. Convenient as well, as they can provide everything (ski passes, gear, lessons, etc). Close to main telecabin (5 mins walk) Service could be faster. One day the maid forgot to leave bath towels in the room and it took the staff over one hour to replace them. It would also be good if the dining room could have reserved tables for larger groups.

As mentioned above the hotel was listed several different times on your site and although the hotel was much as we expected - there were no nasty surprises, we didn't know from your website whether to expect a 2 star or a 3 star place as you had it listed as both

The hotel was on the outskirts of a village and in a good location to drive to La Molina and Puigcerda The service in the restaurant was not particulary friendly and we left early on the Monday morning (7.30am) but they refused to leave out any breakfast - not even hot water for a cup of tea!!!
