Pros: Stylish hotel
Cons: The bed is too small and wifi signal is terrible. It’s kind of expensive for what they offer.
Pros: The hotel was new, nicely decorated and very clean. By the name of the hotel I was expecting a great coffee in our room but one of the rooms did not even have bottled water.
Cons: The worst part was there was NO HOT WATER, we complained the first day but we had the same problem the next day.
Cons: Very strong cleaner /scent used in rooms .
Pros: Great contemporary design that fits well within the architectural fabric of the town. Fantastic staff - very professional and polite
Pros: Very friendly staff, and overall the rooms were nice. The location is great to get to/out from town by car and also good to walk to the main park
Cons: Rates were different than what was on booking so that was a bit inconvenient. Rooms were a bit too small. It is kind of noisy, you can hear street noise as well as noise within the hotel.
Pros: This boutique hotel is at a perfect location downtown you can walk and really get to know the place.
Cons: I didn't like is once we got there they wanted to charge us $12 more than what it says in booking.com, they claim it is because booking does not charge taxes. Once I showed them the description of what I'm paying on the booking email it showed the percentages of tax that is included in payment. They argued with me for about 10 min until the recepcionist called the owner and she finally charged me what booking said it would cost.
Pros: The bed
Cons: The water pressure and the lack of actual hot water
Pros: Very nice junior room, lot of space nicely decorated
Cons: The sofa bed was a bit hard to sleep on
Pros: Tha bathroom was nice and confortable.
Cons: When they clean they never replace the sopa....I had to ask so I could wash my hands. The cafeteria has a bad wuality coffee.

Pros: The hotel is very modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. It's located right on the main highway and only 200m from Walmart and 300m from Sam's Club so if you come from Guatemala to go shopping it's an ideal location. Buses and shuttles pass right by the front of the hotel.
Cons: As other have said...the breakfast. There is a wide variety to choose from and the breakfast bar is well presented, but eating it off disposable plates, cups and cutlery is disappointing.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable
Cons: Nothing really... We were there just for the night and it covered all of our expectations just fine.
Pros: The room was very clean. The water hot great air conditioning. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day but it was good. Very convenient to the walmart and mall. Glad I stayed there.
Cons: There were no wash cloths.
Pros: Nice hotel with clean rooms.
Pros: It is Clean
Cons: Everything is ok
Pros: The breakfast was not the best but it was good enough.
Cons: Perhaps the price in terms of service offered and compared to other local spots, is a bit high.
With a stay at Parador-Museo Santa María in La Trinitaria, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Lagunas de Montebello National Park and Chinkultic. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Very short bed ( I am 183cm tall and my legs was out of bed), smell in the room, usually only cold water in the shower and very big mold on the wall. It was most expensive and totaly worst accomodation of our trip in Mexico.
Pros: The place is very beautiful, in the middle of the nature. The architecture (hacienda) is nice. We had the last room available so not the best one but the other rooms looked good. In the night, there is no many light, it feels like nobody is here. But it is also a nice argument to relax !
Cons: THE RESTAURANT - it is really a shame to have such a bad restaurant in such a beautiful hotel. 1/ My friend and I got sick after the dinner...The fired chicken we took as starter (plate with guacamole, etc...) was not very fresh. I do not know if it's because of that, but we had a stomach ache all night and the day after ... 2/ The desert : the waiter offers us an iced lemon tart ... It was hard as stone, so we waited for it to thaw. And little by little we understood that it was a cake genoise style with lemon mousse ... So a dessert that you serve cold but not frozen! So basically, we were served a frozen dessert ... It's a little shame in a restaurant! 3/ And the look of the restaurant ...I am sorry, but it looks cheap in this beautiful place.
Pros: It’s like stepping into a colonial dream where you get to be the owners of a hacienda for a night. We were the only guests and they treated us wonderfully. The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The food is very good. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly!
Pros: We had a great stay and enjoyed the ambiente. The food was incredible and the staff always helpful and friendly.
Pros: Great ambiance, really well maintained, it got everything I expected

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good. The building itself is lovely and there is plenty of off-street parking.
Cons: My main complaint is that we had to call for hot water every day. We had to request towels everyday. One housekeeping didn't come until 6:00 p.m. The internet was unreliable. There is a pool and even though our room was facing the garden, we could still hear kids yelling as they played. The hotel is on the main (very busy) street, which surprisingly, didn't add much noise.
Pros: Good location for day trips to ecotourism sites. Good hot water. Friendly staff.
Cons: No climate control in room. No hand towels, unless specifically requested. Bedroom and bathroom windows open to corridor (poor privacy). Spotty internet access.
Cons: Pool is very very cold and their jacuzzi was out of order which they did not say when I called

Pros: Very clean, modern, great advice from receptionist, nice decor, Food was good
Cons: No mosquito net on the only window of the room, no way of ventilating without leaving window open (safety) Mattress protector was uncomfortable
Pros: The bed was really comfy and the room was clean and spatious. Decor was nice. The shower had really good water pressure.
Cons: The lady at the front desk did not speak a drop of English. Despite it being quite cold outside, the room was stuffy and humid, and there were lots of mosquitoes inside. The floor of the shower was made of small stones, but the corners were moldy, which made it seem dirty instead of zen.
Pros: The backyard is nice.
Cons: At the breakfast room they turn on loud music by 6am that wakes you in your room. No warm water. Unfriendly service. Bad location. Don't get tricked by the pictures. They seem to represent a fancy place. It's not. It's quite simple.

Cons: The hotel didn't have the latest information about our arrival. Didn't know if I had paid or not. I didn't know because booking sometimes charge directly and sometimes don't. Had to send the payment afterwards because the personal thought I had already paid. Other than that the hotel is great.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The room was humid, and it was a bit old.
Pros: the attention of the staff and the advises for eating, etc
Pros: It’s very central and the staff is pretty nice, they are very helpful :)
Pros: The manager was incredibly helpful and even offered a private tour of the area. He also acted as an interpreter when I had to see a doctor...now that's service!
Cons: Very quiet at the time of year I was there but for me that was a good thing.
Pros: Spacious rooms, effective daily cleaning service, good location - right in between the main road and the plaza
Cons: We selected this hotel because the description on Booking says that it has a communal kitchen. In reality it is not meant for guests use, the people who run the place use it on their own and it is constantly dirty and full of used dishes. There aren't cooking supplies to use (like pots and pans) and they give you a funny look if you want to enter or use the fridge. Just ignore the fact that there is a kitchen... Rooms were a little moldy
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great, just 2 blocks from main square. Noce patio!
Cons: We didnt have hot water once.
Pros: Staff very friendly. Relatively quiet throughout the night.
Cons: Try to have a water bottle filling station available to guests.

Pros: Comfy beds, great location
Pros: The staff is amazing, really nice people here, I enjoyed my stay at this hostal thanks to them! ;)
Cons: Not many people when I was there
Pros: It's not that far from the bus station I guess? Not much to be said for this place
Cons: Pretty rough. The room is a concrete box with a bed, there are windows at eye-level with no curtains (awkward as I was the only female staying there), WiFi didn't work except in the common area where people were chain smoking, my room had an infestation of ants, I saw them cleaning the rooms and they didn't change the sheet (singular), the only toilet wouldn't flush, for some reason it was insanely loud in there all night despite it being quiet on the streets, and the "mattress" was one of the worst I've experienced out of literally hundreds of hostels. Yes, it's cheap and a bed, but I found a cheaper one the next day that was astronomically better.
Pros: Great spot for very basic needs. Close to buses and about 10 minutes to the main square. No frills here.
Cons: Beds are pretty old and you can feel all the springs.
Pros: - the staff is very nice and friendly - the location is good: located 5 min walk from the collectivos .. and about 10 from the center of town - the rooms are basics but the bed is comfy enough and it’s clean. It’s good value for money if you want to spend one night in Comitán
Cons: - couldn’t get any hot water in the shower..
Pros: It's a clean and simple motel, good value for the price, but nothing fancy, which was fine for my one-night stay. Close to el centro and the main road.
Pros: Only stayed for 2 nights so that we could visit Chiflon Waterfalls. For this purpose the place was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, price for private rooms was less than I was paying in San Cristobal for an 10 bed dorm. Rooms were very simple and dated but we did not spend much time there. Location was good as we were able to make short walks to everything we needed. Restaurants around the area were good although not as cheap as expected. Food truck place on the corner of the block was good and we played Jenga while we waited for our food.
Cons: Place is very dated but this is reflected in the price. For some reason the water to the shower was turned off at times during our stay.
Cons: Noisy. Bad bad. 1 shower for everyone and it's durty
Pros: Location, included private parking.
Cons: The room was not really clean.
Pros: okay hostel (more like motel) for one night! near the bus station and the central plaza! the stagf was super helpful!!

Pros: Above all friendly staff and good location. Inventory could improve. All in all good choice for low budget travellers
Cons: Furniture looked really old
Pros: Great location, the staff is willing to help and the price is not so high
Cons: The hotel has the very basic services, the beds are very uncomfortable and it is not very clean (some hair here and there). They do accept credit cards with an additional fee (+5%).
Pros: Parking for our motorcycle. Good restaurant on site. Close to city centre. Friendly staff. Secure hotel.
Cons: Very hard to find based on the Booking.com info.
Pros: The location was excellent as well as the prices in the restaurant
Cons: The room was too small as well as the bathroom. Also, in the morning there were some people who were making so much noise and it was kind of disrespectful for me and for the rest of the guests
Cons: No hot water 1 day
Pros: Basic hotel about 4 blocks from the main centro. The hotel is old and worn, however the room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The colectivo depot for Lagos de Montebello is a half block away, as is an elementary school. The staff speaks only Spanish. Actually, we found that no one we encountered in our two days in Comitan spoke English, which was fine for us. We felt safe walking home from the centro in the dark. Good for a night or two.
Pros: The hotel met my expectations -- you get what you paid for. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. Thin mattress, thin comforter and pillow. The shower had good water pressure and had ample hot water. The staff were very kind and friendly, and provided us with good advice about local travel.
Cons: The facilities were lacking. It felt somewhat unclean -- mysterious stains on the ceilings, very average bathroom, etc.
Pros: Good location, staff are friendly, affordable ,wifi
Cons: Fan didnt work, old and uncomfortable pillows,1 small bed for 2 person, small room

Cons: A bit run down
Cons: The bed sheet wasn’t warm enough
Pros: External courtyard With plants Clean sheets
Cons: Lack of natural light in room. 50% prepayment not clear. I had to pay the whole amount! No receipt offered. No English spoken.
Pros: Cheap price, but clean and provides the necessary. A few blocks from the city center.
Cons: Room didn’t have windows. Hot water only works at certain times.
Cons: Todo, horrible!!!!
