Good

Staff was very friendly, good location near the beach, nice rooms in Plaza II. There are actually two buildings: Plaza I and Plaza II. Plaza I is the poor relative of Plaza II with the smaller rooms and old style furniture.

Modern, spacious & clean room. Excellent facilities inc fridge, hairdryer, air con, etc. Room cleaned daily & always clean bedding/towels. Private & spacious balcony with pool view. 2 pools (inc a children’s) were safe & clean, lots of sunbeds. We booked B&B & found good choice for all nationalities – hot & cold food. We ate evening meals in the hotel restaurant as the food was so good & cheap prices, lots of choice. The service was excellent. Welcoming bar area with quality cheap drinks & good entertainment. All the staff create a great atmosphere. Location is perfect; 2 mins from the beach & 5 mins to the main street, but peaceful at night. I'd recommend for all; children, families, couples, groups, young and old - fantastic holiday!!

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. This is the main thing that was great - although most things were good. But the level of service was really exceptional. The food was good, especially the evening meals/menu. Pool was good too, we hung around a lot chatting to other guests, although it is only two minutes walk to the beach. All in all it was the perfect hotel for this type of holiday (lively beach holiday). I would 100% recommend it, and if I was going back to Laganas I would not go anywhere else.

The location of the hotel was great. Just a couple of minute's walk from the main road of Laganas where all the bars, clubs, restauratns are located. The hotel is also not far from the beach. The room we were given was not in the blocks of buildings shown in the pics. If you want to book here, always ask for a room in the main building with the pool, restaurant, bar etc.We had to stay in small studios right across the main hotel. Our room was clean but had a small but nice collection of killed mosquitos on the walls.
