Great location, comfortable bed, but stayed in a room that wasn’t upgraded. The room wasn’t very clean and restaurants were pricey, didn’t stay open late.

The pool was not heated, the boutique store,boring with old stuff, no fire pits.the bathroom shower needs light and updated.no life guard on the beach and no safe zone lines in the beach water. Not even a coast guard making rounds at anywhere in the Ocean. Scary!

Pros (+) Location, beach front in one of the best spots on the beach. Entertainment, nightly traditional Hawaiian music and dance. Price, affordable for the locations bad facilities. Facilities, has all facilities required for your stay. Staff, lovely staff who bring a wonderful vibe to the hotel.
Cons (-) Dated, rooms and grounds were old and needed refreshing. Slight smell of damp - requiring update of rooms and hallways. Pool, was a bit small.

Pros (+) Everything was great. We liked how quite it was, especially compared to the Westin. Really enjoyed the nightly live music and hula. The food was very good. Make sure you try the pina colada cheese cake. Definitely the most hawaiian hotel. Will be staying there again
