Display what groups are boarding on the monitor...was unclear unless you listened closely and continuously.

Lots of turbulence in last 45 minutes, but captain kept us very well informed, which was a big help to a nervous flyer.

I never received a full itinerary of my round trip. I only received the outgoing flight on Sun Country to Baltimore. Throughout my stay in the Baltimore area I kept checking for the information on my return trip to Portland, I didn't receive it in timely manner, so I booked another flight. I received the return flight information on the Alaska flight booked via your sight upon returning to my home in Oregon. The cost of my ticket on Price line was $247.27. The flight was Alaska Airline Flight 9. The confirmation number is YWHLPB. Please be advised I purchased Insurance for this flight. The reference number is UVCV4-X4TK9-INS. The crew was very friendly, it was nice that my gate was not changed at the last minute.

Boarding took longer, to shuttle to plane. Crew/pilot were great.

Meh. It was the cheapest option, but not cheap for a mid-week flight. The flight staff were the most brisk and passive-aggressive I've seen on a flight in forever. We got to the destination alive though.

Have the plane with our connecting flight arrive on time so there was no need to rebook

Friendly crew, flight left on time and arrived early. Had problems with using in flight entertainment on my iPhone, could not get it to work, with WiFi available. Liked being able to charge my phone. Overall a good experience!

The plane was nearly empty. My wife and I were seated behind a family with 3 sreaming kids. The parents refused to control their kids. When we tried to move to a quieter section of the near-empty plane, the flight attendant said please return to your seat. When we tried to explain, he stared at us coldly and simply repeated please return to your seat. When I asked if we could move after take-off he simply start and repeated please return to your seats. About as far from friendly and helpful as you can imagine.

It was a bit cold. The worst thing was the insecticide spraying which we were not notified about before the flight. There was no choice of complimentary food. I'm a vegetarian, and the food had meat. The seats were comfortable. The movie selection was nice. I'm glad I brought a headset, as none was offered. The flight times were very good.

Nice people, easy boarding, comfortable seats. But didn’t like being stuck in a seat that I paid for only to hear an ad read by flight attendant for the Hawaiian Airlines credit card. TWO different times. No desire to hear all that. Wish there had been a mute button. And flight attendant handing out applications at the exit was way too much, Otherwise all good!!!

The crews were very friendly and provided excellent service. They offered a breakfast sandwich on our early flight which was a welcome option.

The seating was very cramped. The selection of movies was poor.

Checking bags was horrible. Scales read different weights. The airport is hot and in desperate need of refurbishment.

I paid for the extra legroom and those seats were no different than the regular ones. I saw many tall people in great discomfort having been conned by this supposed upgrade. We left an item on the plane in Sydney but somehow it ended up in LAX and they refuse to bring it back unless we pay a huge fee. Everything else was fine but I feel conned out of my money.

The attendant was rude. The headphone port didn't work well. The entertainment screen didn't work, only half the screen was responding. Seats were very uncomfortable and I could feel the knees of the person behind me in my lower back.

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.

Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.

The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.

Liked that we left on time for each flight. Snacks not the best, but we're okay.

A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!

flight was cancelled literally at 10pm the night before an early morning flight with hardly any time to reschedule. Will never book with kayak again.

My flight was cancelled 12 hours before takeoff. I was not able to reschedule another flight to make connections and had to cancel the entire trip. The ticket that was supposed to replace the cancelled flight had no boarding pass and I was unable to get one at the airport so I was denied access to the rescheduled flight. I was refunded but I missed my daughter's birthday.

I had a family emergency and couldn’t make the flight, and they wouldn’t let me cancel/refund it (a *month* ahead of time), were especially difficult with me on the phone, and wouldn’t let me even so much as reschedule the flight or get credit.

Flight was cancelled, communication was poor and should have canceled flight much earlier.

Flight was cancelled twice. Moved four more times. Probably the least timely and poorly run airline I have ever experienced in my life. I have traveled hundreds of times to dozens of countries and this one takes the cake.

Excellent crew, good flight. Flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours though.
