Small rooms, not great value
The location was fine - quick easy bus ride to parks.
The rooms are very small and the quality is pretty poor. The amount of money paid on the room alone is not a great value. I can have just as much enjoyment paying a similar amount for a better quality hotel in Disney Springs. I would not choose to stay at this resort again.
Bare bones for high price
No daily resort fee like at other properties outside of Disney. Bus option to get around; best for Magic Kingdom. Close in to the action.
Expensive food that is mediocre at best. Shallow swimming pools. Bland room decor.
Great for doing WDW on the cheap
The best part of this hotel is that it is inexpensive and thus enabling us to go to Disney World without breaking the bank
The room was small which was tough with a small child. We had to do all of our next day prep before he went to bed and so he would get to bed later than normal.
Convenience to enter the parks early or leave late with the Extra Magic Hours, and ease of transportation to all Disney attractions. Disney Magic is everywhere. Good number of staff all around and specially in the pool area with good number of safe guards.
The rooms needs renovations. We couldn't use the one bed farther from the door because it mate too much noise. Sound insulation could be improved. Some staff member were very friendly while other were a bit rude (cafe).
We stayed in a renovated room. Absolutely perfect. It's wasn't fancy but it was nice. Hence the value resort status. There were no smells in the room.
One of the outlets did not work next to bed. Check in staff were rude. High price food in cafe on site.
on Disney site
Very run-down hotel
Their check-in system is very inefficient
distance to wald around resort
Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was good. Overall a value.
The beds are uncomfortable.
Good not great.
You can't beat the location and it's one of the few hotels on Disney property that is affordable. Easy transportation to the parks. The staff was warm and friendly.
The accommodations were sparsely decorated, hardly any theming in the rooms. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The front desk did not set up our magic bands correctly and I didn't realize it until I got to the park and tried to pay with it. One of the main reasons we stayed on property was to have the ease of paying with magic bands at the food and wine festival. When I called to correct they said for security reasons I would have to come back to the front desk. Not wanting to waste an hour of park time to take the bus back, I settled for buying and loading a Disney gift card. The breakfast at the hotel was not great. Very bland food, terrible coffee. Anywhere off Disney property a hotel this mediocre and basic would have been priced in the $60 range. Paying $100 more than that is hard to stomach, but a necessary evil if you want to be on Disney property.
Family trip with young son
Location was great. Pools were wonderful for young kids. Food court had lot of options.
No towels for pools. Walls between rooms but thin.
