Cons (-) Cleanliness needs to improve! There was a live roach walking across the console. My children could not sleep thinking a roach was going to crawl on the bed. Also the toiletries were already used and opened!
Pros (+) Pros: Pool & Pool food. Walking distance to Disney Springs.
Cons (-) The staff was rude. Resort fees high and you get nothing for them. It is a motel not a hotel. Arcade broken. Low class customers and noisy rooms. High parking and motel fees. Front desk is hard to reach and refuses to help with anything.
Cons (-) Elevators went down, parking gate always open and parking very limited. Staff needs better training.

Cons (-) Not worth the money. Remodel was nothing like in pictures. Old section of resort. No amenities or resort perks but still charged a fee. Without the shuttles and pools just stay offsite and dive in. The room was very clean but not worth the extra cost.
Pros (+) The room was updated and clean as everything seemed brand new. I really enjoyed the toiletry items in the room.
Cons (-) There were bugs! I found live ants, flying bugs, bugs that looked like mosquitos...if it was once or twice, I would understand (I live in Florida and know there are bugs), but it was about four or five times I could live bugs!!!

Cons (-) They need to work on who can park in the self parking lot. Cars without any documentation where parking there. Not enough spaces. They did leave letters on the cars telling them that they will need to move there cars or it will be towed. However, the cars never moved and there where our whole stay.
