Pros (+) office clerk was very helpful
Cons (-) the first night, my TV did not work becuase the cable box was missing a wire. They gave me a free DVD to watch instead. the second night, the cable was fixed but it still malfunctioned. the office clerk needed to visit in my room 3 times to fix this, and he was very nice about it.
