Great customer service, friendly and courteous. room had a very bad odor. Stains on the carpet. Poor window quality, didn’t keep any noise out. I actually checked to see if the windows were open! Bathroom and towels were clean and well stocked. Beds were hit and miss. One bed was creaking every time you moved. The other bed was fine. Linens looked clean.

Cons (-) The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it had a less than warm feel. My room was okay, but the desk was a little broken, also giving it a feel of slightly run down.

Pros (+) The price was reasonable but you get what you pay for. FACTS!!!!!!
Cons (-) The two female staff at the front desk are rude and unwelcoming. My room was nasty looking old run down my bed was itchy breakfast sucks it gave my family diarrhea and beware of the big hole in the lobby floor its an accident waiting to happen.

Pros (+) The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were pretty modern and up to date. I liked that the double beds were queen sized. The linens were fresh and crisp. The breakfast was pretty good!
Cons (-) The room smelled like smoke so I had to immediately call the front desk to let them know so they wouldn't think it was me when it was time to check out. I didn't want to jeopardize my $100 deposit. The parking in the back is kind of scary at night, but it is well lit.
